Perfect for large groups, family reunions, church retreats, and multi-family vacations, this spacious pet-friendly lodge comfortably sleeps up to 29 guests across 5 bedrooms. Located in Oakhurst, just 2.5 miles from Bass Lake and 15 miles from Yosemite’s South Entrance, it’s the ideal home base for exploring the outdoors.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces with an indoor fireplace, dedicated workspace, and a playroom stocked with toys and games for children. Family-friendly amenities include bunk beds, a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware.

Guests will enjoy easy self check-in with a smart lock, ample driveway parking, and all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay, including premium bedding, extra blankets, coffee makers, and essential bath amenities.

*Every person on the property at any time (including infants and children), must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 29.

* Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time

We are local hosts and live about 30 minutes away in case of any emergencies. We are always quick to respond to messages.

This is a very safe and quiet area. You are surrounded by trees and do not have close neighbors.

You will need a car to get around. If you are planning to go to Yosemite, you can look into the YARTS bus to avoid the issue of limited parking in Yosemite.

The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations for the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
* Quiet time is 10PM-8AM
* Parking for 8 vehicles is included (no trailers/boats), any vehicle beyond 8 must be arranged in advance.
* Any guest not disclosed in advance of check in will be charged at double the nightly guest charge (plus taxes, $93.66 per night) for the duration of your entire reservation.
* We count INFANTS in your guest total, please ensure you have included them as `children` on your reservation, or you may receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation if max occupancy is exceeded.
* No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex.WiFi, water electric, etc.
* Smoking anywhere on or in the property will incur a minimum $100 fee. Please smoke at the street or off site.
* We are unable to allow pets/service animals as we have a family member whom regularly uses the home and has an extreme allergy. We charge a $500 fee for undisclosed pets/service animals to ensure the safety of our family member.
