Stayed Oct 10, 2025Very clean and comfortable to meet family for a football weekend. Convenient location in quiet area. Richard was a great host, timely in communication and made everything easy. White noise machines in rooms were a welcome touch. Hope it works out for us to stay there again!

Stayed Sep 5, 2025Perfect location close to FSU about a 5 minute drive to doak we were in town visiting our daughter (who’s a nole and to watch a football game) also far enough away not to have to deal with downtown. Richard went above and beyond, we stay at alot of vrbo’s and they aren’t as nice as his home. He had anything ready to go that we could think of, detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, soaps, shampoo conditioner, body wash, i mean best stocked house we’ve ever rented! The House went above our expectations, absolutely gorgeous inside and out the landscaping is beautiful and peaceful. Definitely a place we would rent again. If you’re coming in for a game or graduations with either a small family or larger one like we had (8) it has enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. Thank you to Richard for opening up your home to us!

Stayed May 14, 2025It was a good spot for us. Nice back yard, enough rooms and seating. Liked that the kitchen was part of the gathering space. The owner was very responsive.Cons are that it was an older house but well maintained. Steps going up are narrow so someone with issues should sleep in one of the down stairs room. For a house that can sleep 16, there were not enough plates and silverware but this may be taken care of by now. The pillows are larger than anyone in our family was comfortable with. If driving in, bring your own pillow.Over all, I recommend this as a good option for a large gathering.

Stayed May 8, 2025The house was perfect for our little weekend family reunion! Lots of room and excellent outdoor space. Great location in a very quiet neighborhood. Make sure to check out the animals at the Tallahassee Museum (it’s like a zoo but nicer).
