I was disappointed that the property did not include thoughtful touches such as tissues, sugar, creamer, or throw blankets, We had also asked for an instruction or welcome book, The furniture throughout the home was quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to relax. In addition, the listing did not clearly disclose that there is a second rental unit located approximately 40 feet from the back entrance of the main house. The television setup also requires guests to use their personal streaming logins, with only limited apps available.

This place is a real GEM! Jeff was readily available with the few questions that I had. The place was very, very clean and had every thing you would need. It also was very quiet and safe to walk my dog when ever she needed out. My sister and I loved it and we will be back. Thanks so much Jeff!

Shower handle falls off while using. Outside lights do not work for firepit area. No draw space in either bedroom to unpack your suitcase. Front outside light cannot be turned off and it shines into main bedroom all night. 1/2 bath is so tight that any one 5'11 or taller, their knees are pressed against the wall. Thermostat is almost impossible to use. Thank goodness we had encountered one like that in the past so we knew where to tap. But even knowing where to tap, it kept setting itself to preset program that kept the house warm at night. TVs have very limited viewing options. You should have at least one service paid for so guests could get local/national news, and movies. You should pre-warn guest about the parking situation. We traveled with an F250 and a trailer thinking we could back it into the driveway. We had to park on the sidewalk the first night. Thank goodness the place where we were teaching the classes allowed us to leave the trailer the other nights.

Very misleading advertisement, unclean, unequipped kitchen, and more. Did not know shared property with detached garage that’s VRBO in backyard of this rental.

This was the perfect place to stay as I helped move my son in for college. The street is quiet and I felt safe. The home is clean and well kept. Instructions for parking and getting in and out were clear. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed an evening at the firepit. We came from California to celebrate my mom's 80. It was a nice and relaxing visit

Had to evacuate for a storm and found the perfect last minute (and I mean last minute) escape for a man and his dog. Quick easy booking , clear communication, quaint and cozy oasis.

This brick cottage is darling and was perfect for the two of us! The space was beautiful and tastefully decorated with simple modern charm which we prefer to clutter. Parking in back was safe and easy. We appreciate our host communication. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot to enjoy Augusta!

We booked this place in order to evacuate from Savannah. It was a luck of the straw. The neighborhood is easily navigable. I took several walks with my dog and met several neighbors. We ate at some lovely restaurants and went on Ft Eisenhower for bingo night. So fun, despite the stress of leaving our home during a storm.
