Pool Heat Policy & Procedures

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $100 per night
Payment is required in advance to activate pool heat
Pools typically take approximately 6 hours to reach temperature
Same-day or late-night requests cannot be guaranteed, especially overnight
The pool will be set to heat only for the dates requested at the time of booking
Maximum pool temperature is 85°F – please only request heat if this meets your comfort level
No refunds will be issued for unused pool heat (including partial stays or changes in usage)
Guests may not adjust pool heat settings or activate heating independently
Unauthorized use or tampering with pool equipment may result in:

The two master bedrooms feature luxurious king-sized beds and private en-suite bathrooms, offering the perfect retreat. The third bedroom includes two cozy queen-sized beds and a TV setup for maximum relaxation.

This pet-friendly property welcomes up to two pets, with additional charges applying. Please dispose of all pet waste in secured bags to avoid fines. Non-compliance may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Contact the office at 702-345-5100 to register your pet for your stay.
