Calla Lily Cove : Breathtaking Home w/Elevator In a Gated Community-Sleeps 12

Both were very nice. Great set up for the entire house. First house I have ever stayed where we had everything we needed for the entire week. Paper towels, toilet paper, etc.....

This property is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is beautiful. We have stayed at quite a few properties in Navarre over the years and this one was the best by far. There was plenty of room for our party of 8, even in the living room/kitchen. Sometimes when you stay at rental properties, you never know what will be available for you to use... trash bags, dish washer detergent, etc. so we always bring our own from home. But this property management company thought of everything. There was even a basket of new flip flops that you could use if needed. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, make up removers, shaving kits, seriously anything you might have forgotten... they didn't. They had 2 beach chairs, several camping chairs, a beach umbrella, wagon, plenty of beach toys and floats for you to borrow. It worked out great as we forgot our umbrella at home. Communication was prompt and all the instructions for check in / out were sent in a timely manner and easy to understand. The walk to the beach on the sound was less than a minute. We didn't hang out there, but it was clean and we do love the option to swim in the sound when the gulf is too rough. The pool was just down the street at the entrance of the neighborhood. It's small but very clean and has a hot tub. We swam 2 nights after spending the day at Opal Beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, perfect for large family gatherings. We loved the elevator and all the amenities. Kitchen stocked with all the extra things like garbage bags and paper towels. Beach towels were super plush. All the bathrooms stocked with soaps and skin care! Cute little welcome gift basket. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach stay.

Will be booking anytime we are in Navarre. The house is gorgeous, spacious, relaxing, neighborhood is family oriented, people are friendly, and out socializing, but quiet and chill at the same time. There is a private beach if needing peaceful quiet time. The walk to the public beach is about 7-10min (to 37A), driving is about a minute or 2, may have to park on the side of the road. The elevator is a great touch to the house. Worked great! Large laundry room. Several balconies.

The location and property were superb!

Property was very nice and modern and the elevator was excellent. We had no issues and tried to book this property for next year but it was already booked. We highly recommend this property.

The house is absolutely everything!! The location is perfect! It is close to the beaches and close enough to the restaurants but not too close.

Lovely home with elevator which is a tremendous help bringing luggage in! The house was very clean and had plenty of shower and beach towels available. The kitchen had what we needed but if you plan to cook for a large family, there is only one skillet, one large pot for pasta and one small sauce pan. The outdoor shower has a door with the latch on the outside of the door, i was locked in one evening but thankfully my husband came to check on me. That really should be changed to have a latch on the inside for both privacy and safety. We loved the boardwalk to the sound and overall this house is wonderful. We've been visiting Navarre for 7 years and we rent a house every year. This was a very pleasant experience

This property was very nicely located and decorated and looked just like the pictures. The elevator was great to have to load groceries and luggage. It is located just two doors down from the sound side so it's easy access. Overall great place! Management was easy to respond, but it's only through the app so you have to keep going in the app to check if they sent a message. Their beach accessories were not good (but I also don't feel it's their job to provide). We did leave new beach chairs there so there are 4 actual beach chairs. If I had to change anything in the house, the teen girls suggested full length mirrors in the bunk room and main room. The master only had a queen, not a king, the bathroom for the bunk room upstairs is kind of inside the other bedroom. All in all, it was a great place.

Overall beautiful home well maintained and decorated. Lights and fan wall switches were extremely challenging. Parking onsite was limited and required a challenge for any guests. For a family without quests it would be sufficient. Views were excellent and really enjoyed outside porches.

The house is beautiful and worked so well for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The elevator was so nice to bring in groceries, luggage, etc. Plenty of fun stuff for the beach. Loved the beach access so close to the house.

Had a great time at Calla Lily Cove, it is a clean up to date property with everything needed for a fun family beach vacation.

We stayed for five days, which was too short. I recommend at least a week because the property is well-maintained and the beach is so quiet and relaxing. You can tell the owner has put much effort into the property, and the management did their part to clean the house. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place great area couldn’t have been nicer

We stayed for a week at this property and were stunned by how beautiful, clean, and well stocked it was. The kitchen had everything we needed including a cabinet for kid friendly dinnerware items. The garage was well stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach or pool, including a beach wagon, pool floats, beach chairs and umbrellas. It was so handy having the elevator to transport luggage and groceries. There were also many extra beach and bath towels. Very nice property, highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed here with our 19 year old daughter, her friend, our 16 year old son, his friend and our 12 year old niece. The house is roomy enough that everyone had their own space. The property is in a great location with views of the sound side, a quick walk to the community pool and a quick golf cart ride to the gulf. The house was spotless. The beds were comfortable. There are umbrellas, chairs and a beach wagon in the garage which prevented us from having to buy those things. There was a golf cart in the garage strictly for the owners use. We knew that ahead of time and reserved a cart with Carl at Navarre Custom Carts prior to our arrival. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for easy transportation around the island. Each deck had comfortable patio furniture for the time we weren’t enjoying the beach. We stayed an entire week which wasn’t long enough.

Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Beach cart umbrellas n chairs. Toys for the children in house and beachside. This is the perfect solution of beach and gentleness of bay for a stay. Stunning sunsets. Unbelievable wildlife sightings. Dolphins to flamingos. Well worth it. Looking forward to another stay there
