Calabria Lakeside Villa w Private Pool, Spa, Game Room - Minutes to Disney

The house was better than the pictures provided at booking. Very happy with the entire process.

Very positive experience at this location. The house is in a great neighborhood/location, the facilities/amenities were wonderful, and the property manager was very responsive.

Perfectly suited for our family vacation! Property is as shown and is well maintained. No problems communicating with our host who was very gracious. Overall very pleased with the accommodations.Will definitely seek to use this location again in the near future.

Great outdoor space and the house is beautiful and large enough for family.

The property was just as reported. The space was great and accommodated our family very well. Was a short drive to Disney which is why we were in the area. I did have to email the owner the night before we left to request check in details. The downstairs surfaces were very dusty, We were told in instructions that parking on the street would get our car towed but then we received an email the next day that we could not park in the driveway and have a car over the sidewalk. Three cars did not fit at the property. Property instructions were given with lots of capitol letters and exclamation points which seemed more like orders than information and the Ring camera at the front door seemed to be on and watching when we were coming and going at times. There are two tub showers in bathrooms at the property, however the two shower stalls in the suite rooms were a tight fit and we are fairly small people. Kitchen had needed cookware and again lots of space in the house.

The house was clean and spacious. Our stay was comfortable and fun.

We have stayed here 2 times and we are overall pleased with both stays. There aren't enough towels so you either have to wash towels every other day or bring your own. The pool alarms are annoying at first but you get over it. The parking situation was not great but we dealt with it. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool. No bugs in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed, but you may want to bring extra paper towels and dish soap. And toilet paper.

We recently stayed there for our Disney Vacation. Overall it was great place to stay. It had plenty of space for my entire family. The Host was very responsive and quick to correct any of our concerns. I do wish the pressure in the showers were better but overall it was a great stay! Would definately recommend.

This house is in a quite and nice location. That is the only good thing i can say about this property . I traveled with my 70 yo parents , my husband and my 8 yo son. When we got there , the house had a alarm system set up . What we didnt know is every time you opened any door a loud noise from the alarm system was waking everybody up notifying you FRONT DOOR OPEN , On top of this , a secondary alarm system was set up for all the doors that would take you to the pool. You had to press a button , and you had 5 seconds to get out and close the door behind you. So everytime you wanted to go outside at the pool you had 5 seconds to do all that . But wait , when you wanted to come back inside the house from the pool area , there was no button outside so the alarm was starting . Everytime !!!! there was no other way. We mentioned this to the host and she said , unfortunately thats the law if you have a pool. We looked online and we are aware of the Safely Pool Alarms system , but at this house they didnt have a way for you to reset the alarm from the outside. This was never mentioned in the listing. I would of never booked this house if we knew. My parents didnt go outside because they were terrified of the loud noise of all the alarms . 2. You can not adjust the house temperature. They have a lock box that cover the thermostat. 3.The pool was dirty and covered with a plastic that we had to uncover. 4. Full of spider webs outside on the chairs. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The house was great. Sunset over the lake and pool was a beautiful sight in the afternoon. About 20-25 minutes from the Disney parks. Lots of space to host everyone comfortably, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The shower heads could use a replacement, as they are a little wonky, but other than that, it was a great time. The host was helpful and communicative.
