Our most impressive experience this time was when we had an issue with the refrigerator on a Sunday night. We called the emergency number and the technician was there within an hour. The issue was quickly resolved and we had no further problems. We've already booked a place with this agency for next spring.

It is well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. It's in a great location for biking to the beach. But, the pool privilege is ridiculously far away for it to be enjoyable. Property management could be more accommodating to answer questions about their properties prior to arrival. They seemed putout to tell me the type of grill is on the property, initially telling me that if it's not listed in the description, there is no grill. I had to push back to get a useful response, stating one of pictured, but I can't tell if it's gas or charcoal from photo and that I've been renting for 15 years and I'm very disappointed in their response.

Calabria is great! Love having the garage and back covered outdoor space. The outdoor fan really enhanced our morning coffee routine! The kitchen is very well stocked. The only item we recommend adding is scissors. Well, and maybe an updated hand mixer. My only complaint is regarding the customer service received from Jekyll Island Realty. The property description didn't list a grill. I could see one in a photo, but couldn't discern if gas or charcoal. I emailed and was, very curtly, informed that if it's not listed, there's no grill. I replied that I could see one in a photo and would appreciate knowing what type. They then did reply that it is a charcoal grill. The property is great! Will be back!

The location is great for bike riding... to the beach, to town, the fishing pier, etc. Easy walk to the beach access or a 2-minute car ride to the beach park. We would stay again.
