Cairn - Tetherow Executive Retreat, Private Hot Tub, Modern

We were switched into this property from our original choice, where we expected to accommodate a party of 12 (plus one child, whom we planned to have sleep on a sofa). Because this property has beds for just 10, 2 of our party had to go to a hotel. We had asked the rental manager before our arrival for a cot or air mattress for the child, but we received no follow-up, and no extra mattress or cot appeared. My wife and I were the two displaced members of our party. We noticed that the others were parking in the driveway, not using the garage, but we did not realize until after our rental ended that no one had seen or used the garage remote. It remains missing; none of our party reports having it or seeing it. My wife and I have limited mobility; if we had stayed at this property, we would have found it difficult to negotiate the stairs to the upper floor kitchen/LR/DR. While we did not report that when making our reservation, we also were not informed that the layout required navigating stairs. Despite these issues, we thought this was a nice facility, well furnished, well maintained, with responsive but mixed management. (Case in point: We asked for the hot tub to be heated during our stay - and we were charged for that by the day. Our party found that the water was cold the day we arrived and remained so the next morning. When we reported the problem, it was soon corrected - but to my knowledge we have not received a rebate for the days the heat was off.)

Nice place! Would stay again

This home was wonderful! Great location, beautifully furnished and equipped. Beds were very comfortable with an array of pillow selections. Management company was very receptive when issues came up and problems were addressed quickly. The only thing we were disappointed about was the lack of access to the Tetherow amenities and think this should be noted on the website prior to booking.

Perfect home for our needs

We had a wonderful stay in Bend with our friends. The location was excellent, and the house was lovely—spacious living area with a deck, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Overall, a great experience!

This is the perfect house for a large group. We had the best stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

This is the 3rd year in a row we have booked this home for our stay. Beautiful home in a highly sought after area of Bend. Spacious with most all household supplies you'll ever need. Property management is timely and responsive. Plan to continue booking this home for future stays.

The house worked out well for a mini corporate getaway.

Love the layout and worked so perfectly for me and my family. Kitchen had everything you would have at your own home! So well equipped!!

There were tings that were wrong with the house. The hot tub was filthy had not been cleaned for a long time oven was not working garbage disposal not working. Now the good part the host jumped on all the problems and hade them fixed the next day very responsive we did lose two days of hottub but we loved the place. Also the heat in master suite did not work that got fixed also
