Must be at least 21 to book reservation. Updates include new custom kitchen with concrete counters and stainless steel appliances, new bathroom with walk in shower and all around general updates. Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, biketrails and hunting. Great fishing off of the banks in the back yard. Numerous different wildlife spotted including eagles, hawk, mink and deer. Kayaks and canoe provided for your use. Large deck to enjoy river view, outdoor shower and soaking tub (ready for use when weather cooperates). WiFi and internet based TV on 42 flat screen. We are pet friendly, dogs only. ($50 per stay, maximum 2 dogs).
