We loved that the cabin was right on the lake and very peaceful. The entire cabin decor was centered around a theme that was so cute! No spoiler alerts here...you must see for yourself. The kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed and I LOVE to cook. Very clean and overall worth the visit. The host was very kind and thoughtful in her communications during the entire process. We loved the small quaintness of the cabin. It was perfect for my husband and I and our dog.

The cabin was a lovely old cottage style cabin. The owner was very sweet to answer questions. The heating and air kept us quite warm despite the cold dip and the high winds. It is a drive depending on the reason for your visit. If we had booked to just enjoy the cabin and the surrounding area it would have been better but we had to check in family and discovered with the back roads travel was 2 hours each way which was a bit much. So pack all your comfy clothes and favorite foods and really enjoy this cabin the way I wish we could have on our visit.

Abby was a great host. The view was amazing. The cabin was very comfortable.

The host was very responsive and friendly. The cabin was very clean and well furnished. The aeronautical themed decorations were interesting and nicely done. The view of the lake was excellent. Our only comment is that a few stair steps are required to access the deck. A mobility impaired guest may have difficulty with this as we did.

Very quite and peaceful property overlooking the lake. We were in town for Liberty University graduation. The drive to Lynchburg was well worth it considering the crazy expensive hotel rates in Lynchburg over that time. We were rewarded with beautiful scenery and accommodations for the decision to make the daily drive. I would highly recommend this host.

This little cabin was just what we needed! It’s in a quiet cove and the last cabin on the road so traffic was not an issue. Definitely plan on coming back, hopefully sooner than later.

Excellent location with splendid lake views. Deck overlooks a quiet branch of the lake. Great place to walk and enjoyed watching the deer from the deck in the morning. Would definitely return.
