Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our family loved Sanibel on the Beach. The layout and large spaces were perfect for our group of 12. The best part was being able to walk out of the house and be right on the beach. The large deck was great for relaxing and watching for dolphins. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025This house was truly wonderful. There seems to be an issue with cooling the two “bunk rooms” (particularly the West back bedroom). Although fans were provided, it never got cool in the back even though the unit ran almost constantly. Also, you should be aware that for elderly customers, the stairs are extremely steep and the walk across the dunes to the beach front is difficult to manage. Having two refrigerators was a luxury for our large family group, and the privacy of the home was excellent!! Would recommend this house and Prickett Properties!

Stayed May 17, 20252 large condos about 100 yds from property (you can Google this location and see this). For some reason lots of fishermen like this location so they set up on the public access in front of the private beach making swimming uncomfortable. If you are looking for a secluded area keep looking, this place is basically in a subdivision. If you stay here keep your confirmation information ,we booked 4 adults, 1 child, 1 pet, now owner states no knowledge of pet and wants to charge us, we still have that confirmation info.

Stayed May 3, 2025Several things:- First night we got into bed and sheets were full of sand.- Air conditioner does not adequately cool the house and islocked so you cannot adust- Deck and rails very decayed and extremely dangerous, cannot be barefoot or touch rails as wood is splintered and will cause personal injuries

Stayed Oct 18, 2024The house was amazing with stunning views of the beach and ocean. Short walk directly from the house on a path to the beach. It was perfect for 4 couples having 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. We loved it and will hope to rent again next year for our annual trip!!

Stayed Jul 28, 2024This beachfront house was wonderfully located in a quiet neighborhood and the view was spectacular. The layout was perfect including 2 master suites. However the pictures don’t accurately represent how dated and worn the property is especially at this price point. The air conditioning didn’t cool the space adequately during our summer stay.

Stayed May 26, 2024My family of 4, 2 friends and my friend enjoyed this home so much. It was perfect for our 4 nights stay. The private beach access was EXACTLY as we needed for our stay. The home set up of 4beds and baths was perfect for our group that had; 1 adult, 1 couple, 3 girls and 1 boy. Access to the Beach Club amenities are close and a nice to have without having to share the beach l space. We would rent this long term if available!
