Our goal is to provide a clean home & relaxing home. Walk to the historic old down town called the Fremont Street Experience. There is a lease and ID requirement. Limit 4 people, pets pay more. No smoking, no parties and no glitter or sparkles.
Both bedrooms have queen beds. Fresh, clean comfortable linens are provided. 1 full bathroom with clean-fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. There is a washer/dryer in unit.

Down town is very close. We recommend for your safety not to walk alone late at night. Spectacular location just a piece to some of the best restaurants, bars and nightlife in Downtown. Visit Container Park, zip-line down Fremont Street or relax at one of the many local hot spots!

Jim and I are both former Air Force and caught the travel bug while serving our country. We travel extensively throughout the year and for over 40 years. A lease is required and ID . Must clean stove, grill and dished before checking out. Garbage out to the dumpster out back. Max guests are 4 people. NO PETS. No visitors and must be 25 years old to book. Pets pay more and have weight and breed restrictions. THX!!! HAVE FUN!!! Garbage bin is through the back gate.
