Byrdstown Home on 65 Acres w/ Pool, Trail to Lake!

The house and property were fantastic. It was top notch all around. Owner was very responsive. House has everything you need with large parking area. Very peaceful and great views of the lake. Will be back to stay!

Had a wonderful, relaxing week with cousins. The pool was great - but cold! Even with rain at some point every day, the weather was perfect. And the VIEW!!! My goodness - beautiful! The house was gorgeous and EVERY ammenity was checked. Bedroom/bathroon ratio was perfect. Everything you'd want in a vacation rental was right here.

We had an amazing time at this home! It was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered incredible amenities. We stayed here with our high school fishing team, and the setup couldn’t have been more perfect. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the boys after long days on the water.The kitchen, living area, and deck made it easy for us all to gather and relax together. The sunset views were absolutely stunning — and we even spotted deer!Highly recommend this property. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The deck had a Weber griddle grill and a grill for us to cook for our large hungry group! The sunset views were absolutely stunning — and we even spotted deer!Highly recommend this property. VRBO is an older home, totally updated inside, and furnished with many amenities, like an blue tooth connecting speaker/ampilifier to our phones favorite songs. High quality towels, sheets, roomy bathrooms spacious for our family of 9.Great jacuzzi was the center of our gatherings, grills, porches with amazing views. We loved being able to walk down to Dale Hollow lake & met our pontoon boat which could pull up & pick us up at the shoreline of the property.

Breathtaking property! The house is very nice! Amazing updates. I stayed with 6 adults and 8 kids and it was very comfortable. I highly recommend. I hope to go back soon!

This property has it all. From the cozy beds to the hot tub with stunning views on the back porch, this home is unmatched. I would highly recommend this home for any type family or multiple families.

We had a wonderful long weekend with family at this unbelievable, secluded lake house “resort” overlooking Dale Hollow Lake. Words can’t describe just how beautiful this newly remodeled home and property are! The open and modern design was first class and straight from an HGTV show. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The jagged cliffs and small islands looked more like a view of the California coast than a countryside lake in Tennessee! Inside, the bedrooms were spacious- each with a private bath, and there were multiple areas to relax and take in the view. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a meal together. The kids loved the massive TV and game room area, as well as the pool and hot tub-very clean and well-maintained. We loved exploring the 62-acre property-full of wildlife! We spotted deer, fawn, turtles, frogs of all sizes, wild turkey running around in the field, and even an eagle! We hiked through the woods down to the lake, where you can fish and swim in the cove. There's a sandy area to set up chairs, build a campfire and search for small shells. The walk back was a lot steeper than it looked, so use caution. There’s a marina just a few miles away if you want to rent a boat. We've traveled extensively and this is definitely one of the top places we've ever stayed. Hope to return soon!
