By The River Cottage is one of the best vacation rentals for someone looking to be able to fish right out of the backyard! This Victorian style, two-story, three-bedroom and two and a half bathroom home is located only a few blocks from Main Street on the West end of town. During your stay in By The River, you will be sitting right on the river with large yard space for everyone to be able to relax. When walking through the front door you will walk down the entryway and out into the livingroom and the dining area. You will find comfortable seating for everyone in the party to sit. There is a flat-screen TV with a DVD player giving guests the option to watch cable or movies brought from home. Behind the living room is the dining area with a large dining table that will seat 6. Beside the dining room is the kitchen with plenty of counters and cabinet space to make cooking an easier task. Guests love that this home allows guests full access to a washer/dryer to use whenever needed. By The River also offers many other amenities such as free WiFi for guests to use during their stay. All three of the bedrooms are located up the stairs found in the entryway. The first bedroom to the left is equipped with two twin beds perfect for children or adults looking to have their own sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a full bed. These first two bedrooms have access to the upstairs hallway bathroom. The third and final bedroom is the Master Bedroom with a king bed for guest comfort, with access to a private full bathroom. One thing all of these bedrooms have to offer is plenty of closet space for storage -- you will have more than enough room to store anything brought from home! Stepping through the back doors, there is a large yard that backs upright to the river; offering plenty of chances to see ducks and other local wildlife traveling through. In the yard, you will find a table with seating and a bench perfect for listening to the river while enjoying the sunshine or watching the starry night sky. By The River also allows guests full access to the gas BBQ grill (Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate) for cooking out for friends and family. To the front of the home, you will have plenty of parking space to bring vehicles and even a trailer.
