I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented three properties through TideLife Realty for my daughter’s wedding weekend and each one was perfect! By Grace was home base for the bridal/groom party & their spouses. The rooms definitely maximize sleeping options and are ideal for a large group. The view and location are incredible. Parking is tight at the By Grace house, but TideLife worked with us & helped us find options.

It serves our needs with 15 people admirably. We love the ocean access and the dock. We've been there for 10 years and it can't be any better. It's the best.

We are a smaller family so this open, upper and lower living arrangement works well for both families yet also giving us options for additional company to visit! We love the attentiveness, kindness and reliability TideLife and would highly recommend the company to others.

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 4 small children. We always stay on the south end, and this location did not disappoint....great beach and creek access.The house lay out is perfect. Will seek to stay at By Grace again in 2025. If there are opportunities to upgrade, two refrigerators should be the standard. We identified too much sand in the outdoor shower area, and it was corrected during our stay, Thanks!The pots and pans could be updated. All minor opportunities, but did not impact our vacation.

We had stayed at By Grace for three years when it was a Lachicotte rental. This was our first year with Tidelife. Over all we had a wonderful experience in this beautiful house by the sea. There is nothing better than having your entire family group ( my sister and me ) around you for an entire week. We have many friend in the Pawleys area and having them visit with us is a big plus. We are definitely looking forward to next year.
