Buttermilk Bay Beach House - Newly Renovated Waterfront Five Bedroom

We loved the house, and the toys that came with it. Our children saw seals while they were out on the kayaks fishing.

Beautiful home with pretty water views!

The house was lovely and true to the photos. It had everything we needed, and was close to many things. Even though we were not over the Bourne bridge we went to the cape most days and enjoyed many things. Swift beach was lovely, we hiked near Plymouth Rock and went antiquing as well. We relaxed and had family dinners as well as enjoyed the fire pit! We rented a boat and had a lovely trip. The kids even went to Boston far a day to see the aquarium. Great vacation.

Perfect family vacation! We are 8 adults and 4 small children. The kids had so much fun exploring the beach directly across the street. We kayaked, biked, took a fishing trip, took a sunset trivia cruise, shopped, used the fire pit and enjoyed Onset beach. Everything was within a few miles including a playground. The neighborhood was perfect for long walks with our dog. This home has everything a family needs and comes with a gorgeous view. One thing I have to mention is that the house did not have any knickknacks or breakables around which makes it so much easier with kids. Owners were very easy to reach. A wonderful family vacation! We were a family of 12 with 2 dogs and we couldn't be happier with our stay here. Roomy with great amenities(kayaks, paddleboard, fire pit, great safe yard) The outdoor shower was fantastic, especially for the kids. Only suggestion would be night shades for the bedroom windows, and if possible a window ac for back bedroom. Otherwise,16 Jefferson Shores is a perfect family getaway.

A comfortable home with plenty of space for a family vacation in a location close to many attractions and Cape Cod. Three generations of my family enjoyed a special week at the beach relaxing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.The house was perfect — we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, took in the patio view, and made s’mores at the fire pit. Our dog came too and that made the week even better.

We had an excellent stay at this clean, charming home. The design of the home was delightful, with comfortable living room seating and a large dining table that was great for meals and hanging out. The house had everything we needed — including a Keurig, modern appliances, a gas grill, a fire pit, and comfy beach chairs. Beds were cozy, the window ACs kept the place cool, and the TVs worked well. The location was convenient to beaches, restaurants, and a big Stop & Shop. The property manager was helpful and responsive throughout. No complaints at all — we’d happily stay here again.
