The house has 2 full bathrooms, an incredible kitchen, abundant outdoor space with gas fireplace, and full access to Lake Hamilton with a private dock. The cove is quiet and safe for swimming, fishing and ideal for relaxing on an air mattress. The house is perfectly located close to dining, shopping, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and historic Hot Springs National Park.

Stayed May 29, 2025Our family really enjoyed our stay at Butler on the Lake. This beautiful home is well-stocked and very clean. Detailed instructions were included for everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The area is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. A very nice grocery store (Harps) is only 1 mile away. We would definitely recommend.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025We loved Butler on the Lake! We enjoyed the back porch overlooking the quiet cove on the lake. We spent time relaxing, kayaking and fishing. We enjoyed our time at the house so much. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed! It’s a beautiful house and our hosts were so wonderful! It is also located conveniently to all attractions. Great stay!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024The home was immaculately clean and fully furnished with everything we needed. Really loved the ample cleaning supplies and equipment as we brought our two fur babies and needed to keep the extra fur picked up! Greg and Deanna are the perfect hosts, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this property and owners.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Wonderful stay at a beautiful property. This was our first time visiting Hot Springs, Arkansas and this home was the perfect place for our family and dogs. We barely left the home because we had so much fun relaxing on the lake and fishing from the dock. Sad we couldn’t stay longer to soak up more sun and relaxation.
