Busch Gardens Deluxe Edition w/heated pool

Excellent place to stay 35 min walking to the park super close in car... literally you can hear the scary people in the roller coaster from the back porch... the house have everything you needed.

Communication was excellent! House was extremely clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. We will definitely be staying again real soon!

The house was very small so I wouldn’t recommend more than 11 guest. Nice heated pool and tons of room in the backyard. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful.

I can't say enough nice things about this house and its hosts. Let's begin with location. This house is literally across the street from Busch Gardens. My son had a great time watching the rollercoasters from the front yard. Next, the home was clean and had all the things that we needed like plenty of pots and pans, bowls, cooking utensils etc. Third, the pool was warm and clean. There was a cute pergula with furniture to sit on and watch the kids while they swam in the pool. They provided these really big pool floaties which the kids also really enjoyed. Lastly, the hosts were so incredibly nice. I mostly loved that they were so cognizant that this was our vacation and because of it they were very easy going and laid back and didn't place to many demands from us, like taking bedsheets of the beds before leaving. I thought that was very nice of them. We will definitely be staying here again.

The host was the most accommodating and gracious that I’ve experienced using this app. The home was well kept and clean and right next to the theme park. The only thing I would bring up is that it is pet friendly however there’s nowhere for the dog to relieve themselves in the backyard because it’s all concrete. I wish that would’ve been explained in the description but overall if that’s not a problem for you and you’re just there to visit the theme park it’s a great location.

The house was perfect for our weekend adventure!!! With two dogs and a new born it was a great spot for everyone’s comfort. Will be back for sure!!

Adult kids came for a visit and we didnt have room at home so we rented this home. We were so pleased, the house was shiny clean, it was exactly as advertised and just a complete delight. lots of supplies that we didnt even expect. And the management was so helpful and checked in to see if we needed anything. We would highly recommend

Owner was fabulous with communication and accommodations. Pool was incredible and house was lovely. Would love to stay again.

Great house, clean, and very helpful hosts.

Clean house, big pool, house is super small and bedrooms are all next to each other. Beds are hard! My body is still aching! Very very very thin sheets that are laughable. Pillows are even worse. No cleaning products to clean kitchen up with just a bottle of dish soap. We did have plenty of towels for a group of 9. House is also located in the corner of a main road so traffic noise can be loud. We choose this house because of how close it is to Busch Gardens, the listing says 15 min walk but that is wrong it is a 30min walk. It’s also a sketchy neighborhood so I wouldn’t recommend walking anywhere. We basically needed a place to stay to attend Hollow scream at Busch Gardens and this was ok for that.

The property was nice. Except , there was a lot of flying insects and a lot of uninvited frogs at night by the swimming pool.
