A premium 3-bedroom holiday house above Burriana Beach in Nerja, with sea views, terrace living and a shared pool in Alamar 1.

Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and old town.

Beautiful semi-detached Andalusian house within a small well kept private gated development with shared pool which is seldom busy as most owners are foreign, don’t rent and come out of season.

The house is built over 2 floors. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms (two withKing Size beds and the third one with two large single beds) and a large bathroom.
The master bedroom has a terrace / conservatory with stunning sea views and swing chairs!
Downstairs, you can find a shower room, a fully fitted kitchen, dinning / seating room with a large corner sofa, a 48 inch Smart TV along with APPLE TV, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime and Apple music subscriptions plus 150 international TV channels inc BBC all connected to Fibre broadband with speeds up to 300mbs!. Smart speaker also available.
There is a large terrace (with awning) with panoramic sea and mountain views, perfect for sun bathing (until around lunch time - shade in afternoon) and for dinners al fresco.
There is a good size swimming pool and tastefully landscaped comunal areas with sun beds shared between the small community.
The house is perfectly located as it's only 2 - 4 minutes walk from the Burriana Beach (200m) and under 10 minutes flat walk (400-500m) from the busy and lively Centre / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo area, where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

The house was fully renovated few years ago; new bathroom, flooring, air-con, awning, solar water, a new kitchen with modern appliances (NESPRESSO), including an american fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. All furniture and beds are brand new and of a very high standard. The dinning table and kitchen have been designed by us.

The house has wall to wall bi folding doors connecting the lounge and terrace area.

The communal swimming pool is open 1st April to 30 October with the terraces and garden open all year around.

    Our family had a fantastic stay at this property in Nerja. It was exactly as advertised. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, close to the beach, nice restaurants and shopping areas. Check-in was simple and communication with the host was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

    Really enjoyed our stay in Nerja here. Location - good as you can get in my opinion, level and quick access to Nerja town out the back gate (comes out just at the Parador). But also quick access down the hill to Burriana Beach (Nybakat bakery within 5-10 min walk for breakfast each morning). Apartment - everything as described, excellent facilities, view and communal pool areas. Eli and Eva were excellent hosts, very quick responses and made check in and check out very simple. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

    This was our first time in Nerja, and we absolutely could not have imagined a better place to stay to get to know the area. The apartment has what we came to believe is the best view in the entire town. And, it is in the best location, being right above Burriana Beach. It is removed from the Town Center, but that is a huge plus, as the more we saw of the Town, the less we felt we needed to be there- it is very touristy and busy. The apartment is between the touristy chiringuitos and other restaurants at the beach, but then also the other way are the more local establishments on Avenida de la Pescia. We easily walked to local run cafeterías and fruterías, which is where you really get a Spanish experience. Parking was not an issue, and we always found a spot easily. You will get good exercise with the hill work, too. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this beautiful apartment and wonderful location. Eva is very responsive, and any question I had she responded to immediately.

    I would stay in this home every time I come to Nerja or Malaga which is a short drive away. Perfect location- not in the city center so nice and quiet but an easy walk there and another easy walk to the beach boardwalk spot of Nerja. Perfect!

    This is a lovely beach apartment with gorgeous views of the sea. Waking up to a sunrise every morning and walking to the beach to the local bakery for fresh bread is an excellent way to start the day. With Nerja Old Town, just around the corner and the beach minutes away, you can't pick a better location to spend your vacation.Looking forward to our return!!

    Location was unbelievable, views of the ocean, easy access to the town, the back gate just to the left of the house made the walk into town easy, cutting out cardiac hill, the views were outstanding, we were there in December the location was quiet and clean very well kept. The house is also close to the beach and the bars and restaurants near the beach, loved o’haras for their breakfast. Would highly recommend this accommodation our hosts were always available although we didn’t need to call them as they had provided everything that was needed. We would definitely highly recommend this accommodation.

    This was a large family gathering in Nerja for a special event. The house was perfect for our party and we all felt at home instantly. We had everything we could have needed and more. Very comfortable. Great sleep quality. . The views are awesome. We were sad to leave and hope to return soon.

    We were in the area for a family destination wedding...villa allowed us to relax for 5 days in a such a lovely, comfortable space with beautiful sunrises, 5 minute walk to the beach, lovely pool, fully equipped kitchen...between all the wedding events nearby. Hosts had gifted us a lovely bottle of wine, condiments, milk and coffee, tea and sugar to get us started! We will be back! Nerja is a lovely beach town, just the right size for a relaxing family holiday.
