The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a small turkey dinner with the equipment provided. Island Time was generous enough to provide us with a roasting pan, a turkey baster, and even a thermometer! The views of the ocean were spectacular. It was a wonderful holiday and experience.

However, the layout felt a bit disconnected, with the pool located on the ground floor near the garage and the living area on the top floor. The kitchen also had a lingering smell of old food, but after cleaning the counters, stove, and garbage bins, the issue was resolved. Overall, it was a nice stay, but the separation between the pool and living areas were a little disappointing but worked.

We enjoyed the house. Especially liked the living area and large dining table. All bedrooms and bathrooms were large. The only things I have to comment on negatively were the trees around pool and going up steps need to be trimmed. The steps were a mess from droppings of palm trees. Also, the concrete around pool is not level by spa.My grand daughter tripped and got cut on it. All in all, we would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is older but most areas have decent renovations. One room is in need of a major update, but other than that our stay was excellent. Note that heating the pool and spa was over 1,000. We did not expect it to be that much.

The pictures actually don’t do the place justice!! The view was better than expected, the top floor couldn’t have been more perfect for a large family gathering. So much open space, the table fit 12 of us easily which was perfect for games and meals. The weather forced us inside more than we would have liked but the house had so much room that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other!!! The rental agency is super attentive and was available quickly with any questions or issues. Great Vacation!!

This home was perfect for mine and my friend's annual beach trip! There were 12 people in our group and this house was a great size. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of your cooking needs, and there were even a few beach chairs, tents, and beach games provided in the garage. Super easy access to the beach, and the private pool was a great way to end each beach day. We will definitely be looking into staying here again next year! I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a beautiful, quite, and relaxing beach trip! The host was extremely responsive and everything about the planning and stay was seamless.

Pros:It’s a very spacious properly located 2 mins walking distance from the beach. Cons: The house needs updating… technology, bathrooms. Also the cost that is advertised for this property per night is really not true bc of all the fees involved. There are so many fees. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Reviewer Comments: The property description is not completely accurate..This property described 4 of the bedrooms as having 1 king bed each and a 5th bedroom with 2 queens. Based on this info we needed to rent a roll-a-way bed to accommodate a 5th child since the pull out sofa would not have worked for us. A roll-a-way was ordered and paid for and was waiting for us when we arrived. We were unpleasantly surprised when we arrived to find 2 twin beds in one of the bedrooms along with a king bed. Neither the property description nor the online photos showed that there were twin beds available. We wasted money! The kitchen was well stocked but it was in need of cleaning and maintenance. Cabinets had dried spills on the doors. There were crumbs inside of cabinets and drawers. Some of the dishes were unclean with dried,sticky grease on the inside of bowls and pans. Cookie sheets and dish drainer had dried food on them. Blender was unusable because there was a broken part. Dishwasher leaked. There were problems in some of the bedrooms. Broken tv remote,ceiling fan that shook so much it might fall off. Minimal a/c air flow. Broken dresser drawers and handles and bed frame. Non-functioning electrical outlets. The location was perfect. Close to beach. Be aware, there are stairs on the path to the beach. Not easy to transport a wagon up and down those stairs. The property manager at island time very quickly responded to our request to fix the dishwasher and contact exterminator for the cockroaches we came across. Thank you, Brenda. The pool has some loose bricks around the edge.

Property was a good space and layout. It is a bit older but overall very clean. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful with any issues we had.

Plus 3 of the bedrooms have seating areas. All bedrooms have TVs! The pool area is nice and kept clean. Plus they have Fooseball and ping pong in the garage There is a short , easy walk to the beach via a boardwalk. The management company was very responsive and came out and fixed a minor issue the same day we called. The only negative for us was sky lights in the main master bedroom which made sleeping in a little difficult. Some people may love this feature.
