Bunny and Boo's Beach Bungalow - Outside Paradise, Large Decks, BBQ, and Games!

Easy check in and check out process - electronic coded lock is a great idea - well laid out overall with large spacious sitting area - nice fenced back yard that was perfect for our 2 small dogs - well stocked kitchen - this owner provides more than most others have - 3 nice sized bedrooms with plenty of closet space and LOTS of hangers - great touch.

Very clean and better than advertised. Owners were polite, respectful and professional. We will be staying here again.

This property is everything the owners say it is and more. The hosts have thought of everything...from leaving snacks to having extra blankets available to having all the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels you could ever need ready to use. The beach was easy to access either walking or driving and this part of the island has great shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a trip to Pensacola.

Great place, great location, greater hosts!! All you need for beach vacation, easy beach access, close to restaurants and things to do but just enough removed from hustle n bustle to be nice and quiet at the house. Gracious and very helpful hosts! Even helped us with a flat tire!! Can’t ask for more!

This property was perfect for a beach weekend with a few friends dropping by. Our dog enjoyed the huge fenced backyard, and the house came equipped with everything we could have needed, including yard games, beach towels, and complimentary snacks. It was clear that this is someone’s home, not just an investment property. That makes a huge difference!

We loved this house and location. Bunny and Boo were fantastic -- so quick to respond to questions and also set us up with bicycles and everything we neeeded to make this a perfect beach weekend. The house has two big decks front and back to enjoy the ocean air. We had so much fun with the game they set up in the enormous backyard. There were a buggy and chairs and beach toys for the our days at the beach. The beach is a 3 minute, easy walk so we could go back and forth from beach to house multiple times during the day. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the beds were super comfortable with nice linens, and everything was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. You can tell Bunny and Boo go the extra mile to make guests feel at home and have a wonderful stay. Thanks so much! We'll be back.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group (7 adults, 3 kids, & a baby. Lots of accommodations, plenty of extras like a nice selection of coffee & fully stocked kitchen, bathroom essentials, TONS of beach towels, just everything we needed. The best part was the host Bunny went above & beyond to help our grandson catch a fish from the ocean for the first time! We highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Bunny & Boo!

We had 2 families with a wide range of kids ages 5-17 and everyone had space and entertainment for the whole stay.

The house and location was exactly as described and honestly even better! Bunny and Boo provided everything needed for a fantastic vacation. We will def plan to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Bunny and Boo have a wonderful just blocks from the beach. They thought of everything- even provided plenty of beach towels and a wagon to carry items to and from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. Arcade game and games and books were great for when it was super hot in the mid afternoon. Very friendly hosts and easy to work with. 100% recommend this home for family vacation, friends getaway, any event. Comfortable for kids and adults. Our dog loved it too.

Loved the location, the house was great for pets and had things to make a good meal at home. Only thing about the trip was no dogs on the beach in area, had nothing to do with the house or property management. They were great.

The property was amazing, they had everything we needed to make our beach trip a success. The best part were the owners. The people were very kind and going above and beyond to give us tips on how and where to fish, great places to eat, things to explore. It was an amazing experience and we will be definitely making there place our go to place when we visit.
