Stayed Jun 2, 2025Very isolated location at the top of a hill. The animals, howlers monkeys and wild birds, are everywhere and very vocal at times. The owners are very nice and accommodating. You will need a 4x4 to make the best of your trip.

Stayed Oct 29, 2024Amazing location and experience. Set right up in the rain forest, we were able to see mackaws, toucans, a sloth, an agouti, a coati, iguanas, monkeys and about 50 other birds (the merline app helped identify them) - all without even having to leave the apartment! The apartment itself had a lovely ample verandah which was fully covered so that even when it rained (we went in rainy season) we could sit out and read/do yoga/watch nature. The infinity pool was refreshing to dunk off in and had a beautiful outlook. The toucans ate from the tree above whilst we were cooling off. Our hosts were there to answer all our questions about the apartment. You definitely need a 4x4 to access!

Stayed Jul 2, 2024Beautiful, jungle immersion. Close to attractions, necessities and luxuries. Quiet, teaming with wildlife, well outfit and maintained. Friendly area and wonderful hosts. A place to stay and return to. Recommended.
