Bungalow ON Overton Square

Very welcoming host. Very responsive to questions Cute house walking distance to Overton area and park. Washer and dryer very efficient. Parking very close to house.

The host was very responsive to our messages. We really like the convenient access to the local restaurants and entertainment. The bungalow was clean and comfortable and suitable for a group of four adults. I recommend the host and this property.

Very nice Bungalow. Inside was wonderful! Nice cottage feel located in Midtown. We loved we were only 5 minutes away from our Son’s family. We will stay there again.

Location, location, location - this area was exactly where we wanted to be. Within walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants, it is very convenient. The house is nicely decorated and comfortably appointed, with a great backyard and a nice layout. If we visit Memphis again, we will definitely stay here.

First impressions were that it was a good rental but upon closer inspection things were pretty dirty. The bathrooms especially the floors and showers were not clean. The floors throughout the house were swept but we're in a desperate need of a mop as they turned the bottom of my feet black within a few minutes of walking around. There was hair everywhere and not from anyone in our family. There were also quite a few things that needed repair like the ice machine, dryer, hooks in the bathroom, shower head in one of the bathrooms, fans, toaster, etc. There was also dirty towels in the washer and broken furniture and things in the backyard that needed to be thrown out. This property has the potential to be great with some attention to cleaning, repairs and making the backyard nice like adding a BBQ and a table and chairs. This also wasn't our initial booking, the host had moved us from a previously paid for property to this one. You would think that already having to move us that they would make sure our experience was just as good if not better but unfortunately that was not the case.

We have stayed here a few times and it has always been a pleasure. Great lo ation and the house perfect.

Cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath home walkable to many great restaurants & bars. Just a few minutes from downtown & many touristy spots (Memphis Zoo, NOSH, Civil Rights Museum). Super easy check-in process, and home was stocked with all the essentials we needed!

This house is a great place to relax & stay while in Memphis. Great location in the Overton Square area. When I return I will stay here again.

The check-in process was seamless, with clear and detailed instructions provided ahead of time.l and in a binder on the table.The house itself was thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from the local decor to the lists of restaurants, reflected the host’s effort to ensure guests have a comfortable experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the abundance of linens and towels.What truly stood out, though, was the host’s attentiveness. They were quick to respond to messages and it’s clear they genuinely care about their guests.I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Very nice, clean place and dog friendly with fenced in back yard. Great location and parking is very easy!

The space is beautiful and very convenient to entertainment. The host was readily available to answer any questions we had.

We had a very nice day at this location. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the house. Mostly just slept, but it was comfortable and almost quiet.

The property was pretty nice. Would definitely stay again!
