Stayed Nov 6, 2025Good location, close to the Tampa airport and historic ybor city. Only downside was the noise from the highway that is constant. But the beds and furniture were comfortable. The host was great to communicate with.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023A Very Nice Place! My family and I wanted to stay a few extra days in Tampa after returning from a cruise. It was nice to find a place somewhere that can accommodate a large family. The facility was very clean and the Property Manager responded timely with all questions. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who looking to vacation in the Tampa area.

Stayed Dec 16, 2022The house was everything we expected. The host John, was great throughout the entire process answering all of my questions leading up to the date and once we were on site. The location and proximity to Ybor City was as advertised. I would definitely rent this house again.

Stayed Nov 24, 2022Jill and John are great host. They were attentive to our needs which allowed the process to go smoothly. The split property, is a hidden gem. It was clean and provided plenty of space and is close to airport, dining and shopping.

Stayed Oct 13, 2022John and Jill were good hosts and quickly replied to any of my messages. The place was clean and spacious. One thing to note is that the property is split, so for the full amount of beds it's actually two units (upstairs & downstairs) which aren't connected inside. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend it.
