Bungalow in Kinsale With Great Views just 5 Minutes Walk to Kinsale Centre

Very comfortable,clean, spacious,well equipped,all appliances in good working order.Nice patio and garden area.Location very quiet and 5 mins walk down town to centre.Yes,there is a hill,but manageable,it is a hilly region.Very scenic,town is lovely and colourful.Parking a bonus.One issue in twin room,bottom shelf not secured,easy fix. Extremely happy and would definitely return to no 21 .

Lovely house a few minutes walk in to Kinsale. Cosy & comfy! Very responsive host. Always stay in Kinsale when we visit family in the area and the house is great for a family to enjoy the area, had everything we needed for 2 wk stay

Very pleasant and appointed cottage. Close to main attractions. Really enjoyed staying here and we traveled all around the area using this as a home base for two weeks.Great facility!

House was better than described. Immaculately clean, had everything we needed, great instructions for kitchen and hot water for showers for those of us unfamiliar with the workings of things in Ireland. View from kitchen and lounge was beautiful. Quiet and very homey, like staying with relatives. Host was always available. Would highly recommend.

Great property with everything we needed, nicely decorated & amazing view. Hedges give privacy all around. Met the nice neighbor in the adjacent bungalow. We found it easier to drive to the property from R606 rather than always through the lovely and busy Kinsale streets. Recommend it & would stay here again.

It was fantastic. Great house, very spacious. Clean. Off street parking, enclosed garden, great for children. 5 to 10 minute walk to all amenities.Very accessible. Loved our time there.

We decided to stay in one place for a month to really get to know the people and what Kinsale had to offer. We were not disappointed. The house is lovely with a gorgeous view and a lovely neighbor. We did not rent a car so walked to town and would take a taxi or bus back when we had groceries to carry. We also used buses to go to other towns and that worked out well. Graham was easy to contact and answered all questions quickly. All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended by all guests!

The accommodation was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The view from the back deck is spectacular. The property is within walking distance to the town but a little hilly for anyone with mobility issues. All in all a lovely time here.

Good location, plenty of space, and clean. All the linens, dishes and cookware necessary to operate from ‘home’. Well worth it!

The property is just 7 mins walk into Kinsale and it's clean, warm and has most things you could need during a short stay. The town is full of great places to eat and drink. Already planning to return

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was cosy, comfy , clean and warm. The kitchen was very functional and it was very easy to relax after being out all day . It’s about a 7 minute walk into town or a 2 minute drive. The just communicated really well. We will definitely be back .

The house is very cozy and within easy walking distance of the town. The house is well equipped, and the owner has provided the user manuals for most of the appliances which was very helpful. Everything is spotless and well maintained. It was very easy to communicate with the owner via the app. He responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

we know this property so its good to return to a familiar place. Its in a very convenient location. Unfortunately the inclement weather didnt allow us to take advantage of the patio and garden spaces.

Excellent property really enjoyed our stay

After a few days it became obvious that the bed in the en suite room was not for us…. Basically it was too firm and we needed to supplement the mattress to make it softer. Also we found that the microwave was not working…just before dinner one evening. It showed every sign of operating…but not cooking !!! The patio needs to be replaced due to loose slabs… The property is beginning to feel it’s age.. Homely, but not great value !!! Entry/exit to the property is near impossible at school start/finishing times because of indiscriminate parking by parents who are either dropping off or picking up their children. The double yellow lines have no effect. Kinsale itself is looking jaded when compared with other tourist towns nearby.
