Nice place to stay
Place is great. When i arrived the tv wasnt working. Nancy IMMEDIATELY went and bought a new one and had it installed inside of 30 minutes.
Great spot perfect for our needs!!!! Love it
Nice little place for a single or couple of friends. Very close and accessible to area attractions. Host is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
Great stay! It was everything that we needed for a short stay in Port Richey!
Comfortable, quiet. Standard range and fridge, full size washer dryer. Close to highway 19. Would stay again. Owner near if you have issues.
Had a great 2 weeks at Nancy's VRBO. Very close to many parks for hikes or kayac, cute eateries, Winn Dixie, and the beautiful Gulf. So glad we came here to explore the area.
It was a satisfactory place and met our needs. I can tell the owner is working on updates, however it was misleading in the fact it was just an add on or a renovated section from the main house which was a law office. No one was there so it wasn’t an issue, but I feel it should have been disclosed. I was under the assumption it was structure in itself. Also the refrigerator did leak throughout our stay which the owner felt was just condensation, but it appeared to need repaired and the toilet was loose so my husband had to tighten it- it probably needs to also be repaired. Since we were there for only two nights it sufficed but I probably will not book it again.
Very clean, has all the amenities..exceptional. Very comfortable.. host was amazing.. would stay there in a heart beat
easy to get to area sights and restaurants, nice quiet place
Commode runs constantly, if you turn around in the cigar shower you cut the water off with your shoulder. every room is at a different level from living room. Microwave is so high up you burn yourself taking soup out. Blinds are for bigger window, All furnishings lok to be purchased from garage sales. Front deck trip hazzard. Will not return there
This is such a cute little bungalow. Perfect for me while I was in FL visiting family. Everything I could need for my stay, which was almost a month. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you could need. The area has a lot within walking distance and a beautiful drive along the river with great places to stop and have a picnic lunch watching the water wild life.
Our trip was short, wish it could have been longer to enjoy more.
I like to see railing or a ram. For Handicap. And things for a short paper can reach.
Moved from this town and location over 50 years ago and lived close by on the same street across from the Pithlachascotee River. Wasn't a hard decision for us to pick this one and it proved perfect. Will use this one again when returning home.
We were very pleased with our stay in this unit. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The host was very easy to work with and quick to respond. We loved the location, too. We would stay here again!
Very nice
Such a great experience and such a great little place. The area is quiet and fun to explore. If I’m ever back in this area I’ll stay here again!
Very clean air worked great and close to everything
