Our vacation home is located at a 200 feet wide Gulf access canal with Southern exposure in desired SW Cape Coral. It provides two Queen size beds in the spacious master suite. The two other bed rooms with two Twin beds each are sharing one full bathroom located between these bed rooms.
There is a beautiful, solar heated pool in a tropical landscaped garden, so it becomes the ideal place for a relaxing holiday and you will not see a high electric bill for heating the pool.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Overall, the property was great. Nice location, pool was great. It would've been perfect except for the mattresses. The beds were extremely firm. We like pretty firm mattresses, but these were too firm even for us. We ended up trying the twin beds due to how firm the master beds were, and they were a bit better. Wouldn't have been too bad for a shorter stay, but we stayed a week. The kids didn't seem to have any issues but the adults did. Would stay again, for a shorter trip.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023My two kids(7 and 3), wife and I had a blast in the enclosed backyard pool on spring break. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and close resturants. There are a lot of glass items in the house, you may need to be careful about them if you have young children. Overall it was a good time.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023The pool was dirty, the bikes had flat tires, and all the pool ques were broke. He said we could bring dog then tried to charge for it. We worked with him on everything he asked with his broken garage door so he could get it fixed while we were there. He left us a very rude comment in the message section about not putting the pool furniture back! We will never rent from him again and his actions/comments reflect very poorly on VRBO!! We have used VRBO multiple times and have never had such a bad experience!!!
