When you walk in the front door, the tall ceilings, large windows, and concrete floors set the tone of a new modern home. The main floor is open with two doors to the outside. The dining room table and extra chairs can expand to accommodate a large family gathering. The living room has a comfortable leather corner couch and comfortable sitting chair for relaxing and visiting, playing games or watching movies. There is a large tv with full cable service as well as state of the art Roku streaming options - bring your Netflix password and enjoy!

The kitchen has new composite countertops and all the amenities from home. Prepare meals with ease as it comes fully equipped with new appliances.

The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a large shower, plus an entrance to the upper, wrap around deck with views of the mountains and the surrounding area.

The daylight, roomy basement level has a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twins. There is a full bathroom downstairs, laundry machines, and a movie area with another large flat screen tv.

There is a nice small xeroscaped yard and open space with a large park just a block away. Our goal is for people to enjoy the home and their time together with friends and family.

A one car garage comes with the townhome which is especially nice in winter, and there is also street parking. The garage can fit smaller cars, a Suburban is a tight fit.

The house was spotless and had everything we needed to cook and hang out. The location was excellent - just a few blocks from Main St., with shops and restaurants nearby, and the gym is only a couple of blocks.

We wanted to stay in Bozeman so we could ice climb in Hyalite and ski at Bridger Bowl. The house is in an amazing location, we walked to every meal we had in town. The accommodations were perfect and the place is even bigger than it looks in photos. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’ll need to cook including some basic spices etc. Great communication with host too.

We absolutely loved our stay! It's a beautiful, clean, modern, spacious, cozy place just blocks from Main Street. The Master suite was especially great and check in was a breeze!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Only suggestion would be to bring an eye covering if you stay in the Master and like a super dark room---those bright, sunny Montana skies can shine through the blinds!

I'm local to Bozeman, know the area like the back of my hand, but now commute and needed a space for a few days. This is a super ideal location. In fact, I almost bought one of these 5 units when they were first built. If you're adults who like cool but not too much noise, or a family with kids that fit into the bedroom configuration...you'll love it. Today is 4/8/24 -- If you are looking for something close to downtown any time in the next year, I super highly recommend it. There is a huge amount of construction within blocks of here which will only amp up this summer, but this great area is not affected at all. Parking is easy. Beall park (a local favorite) is basically kitty-korner. Downtown is an easy walk. And, the cool factor is there. I would grab it if you can get it.

Loved the accommodation - exceeded expectations. Had a small issue with coffee maker, and it was addressed in minutes. Easy walk into downtown. Would def stay again.

This was a excellent home to stay in. It was clean, comfortable, inviting, and everything you could want in a stay. My only gripe is the political retoric I got in a email from the owner but that should be a knock just feedback.
