Enjoy the summer in this great house near the sea in Sa Ràpita with capacity for 6 guests.
The outside spaces around the house invite to spend time outdoors enjoying the good Majorcan weather. You can have breakfast or a drink at the porch by the living room, or simply relax reading a good book while enjoying the refreshing breeze from the sea. At the back of the house, by the kitchen, an outside dining area where you can have lunch or dinner out doors and enjoy fabulous barbecuesunder the awning protection. On the first floor you will find the ideal place for sunbathing or admiring the stars at night. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The two storey 120 m2 house has a comfortable, refreshing and Mediterranean style which will make you feel at home. On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room where you can watch TV or simply have a rest on the sofa while refreshing with the air-conditioning. Then the beautiful and Mediterranean dining area with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, with a ceramic hob and dishwasher, and also a table for 4 people. From the kitchen we have access to the back terrace of the house. It also has a laundry area with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. A shower bathroom completes this floor. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms. Two of them feature a double bed and the last one has twin beds. All are air-conditioned and with a closet. From one of the double bed bedrooms we have access to the first floor terrace. Another shower bathroom completes this floor. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are coming with a baby.

This house is located in Sa Ràpita, in the 3rd line from the sea and very close to the beach, only 1.5 km away. In addition to the beach of the village you can also visit the amazing and paradisaical beach of Es Trenc, a wonderful turquoise waters and white sandy beach where you will enjoy really a beach day in a virgin environment. Other beautiful close beaches are Es Molí de s’Estany, Ses Covetes and s’Arenal d'en Tem. You are going to find all basic services for an independent stay in the village, including, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.

    Great property and location. The area is quiet and ideal if you have a young family. There is a park situated across the road and the house is two minutes walk from the seafront with breath taking views and lovely scenery for long walks. You will need a car if you want to explore the island, however Sa Rapita was the perfect place to come home to every evening.

    Beautiful house convenient for either short or longer stays for up to 6 persons. We used it as a base to explore Mallorca by car, hence did not spend too much time in-house. Very quiet both during day & night, spacious, beautifully decorated, and with all the amenities & comfort for relaxing holidays. Few steps from the waterfront and area with restaurants/ cafes in a sleepy village with a 'local vibe' (not touristy, which was a benefit for us). Communication with Homerti was quick & efficient. Reaching the airport or Palma centre by car in 30-40 min. The nearest Trenc beach is walkable in ~30 min (or 10 min by car).

    The house had everything you could need - all the bedrooms were a great sized and the patios (front and back) were very usable. Super close to the ocean cream shop down the road!

    We spent a week at this villa with grandparents and our 7 months old baby. There were crib and a high chair waiting for us. It's quite neighbourhood with short distance to the sea shore. You can also walk to beatiful white sand beach. The villa is nicely decorated and has enough shaded space for the baby to play at. We especially appreciated the washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen. It made our vacation spectacular.

    Like · Everything was clean, a lot of towels. The great restaurant (Xaloc) is so close. It is really big house with nice kitchen, big bedrooms. The localisation of the object is perfect - only 30 minutes from the airport and close to beaches. And last but not least - there were no issues with deposit (you can find so many information about troubles with the refund of deposit in Spain) - it is not the case here. Deposit refunded without any issues. For sure we will visit that place again! Dislike · Small issues with doors inside.

    A nice place with a cosy terrace to have a dinner together . House was super clean and air-conditioned, everything necessary for stay. The sea is in 1-minute's walk from the place, however, the beach is small and stony, not very suitable for family with kids. However, in case you have a car, there are many nice beaches in the surronding places.

    We were 5 adults, staying here for a week. We had a great stay. The house was exactly as expected according to the pictures, there was alot of space to hang out, eat, cook downstairs, especially the outdoor space both behind and in the front was very nice and we used both alot. Upstairs 3 spacious bedrooms, with lots of storage space to unpack and live comfortably. There is alot of extra stuff in the house - towels, blankets, even beach chairs and umbrellas (which we used every day). Parking is right in front of the house. I would recommend to have a car with you to be able to explore more than just the walking distance surroundings. Sa Rapita was very quiet town when we visited in the end of september, so it was great to be able to go to other places, like Palma which is 40 mins away, Cala d’or 40 mins away, famous des trenc beach 10 mins away, etc. The local beach is very nice, with a bit of sea weed in the beginning which blocks the entrance to the water but further down is clean. there are buses in town that go to other beaches and places. Overall great value for money for independent travellers and really really nice play to stay.
