Budget-Friendly Home Deep Ellum Dallas Sleeps 16

The house is really big and cozy, we really enjoy staying there

The property is conveniently located to everything that you would want to do in Dallas along with the fact that the host was so accommodating and so welcoming my friends and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back and stay again. There was so much room and everything was comfortable.

Our stay was bitter sweet as we needed the house for a memorial service for my sister who passed away. The house was greatly sized for our family of 14 people. The outdoor space was awesome to be able to not feel crowded. The dining room table is huge and allowed for plenty of room for family meals and game time. We had a few people in the area who stopped by the fence asking for food or a drink, but nothing we couldn’t handle. We felt safe, the house was nice and clean. Lots of parking was a huge plus as we all drove from Oklahoma. This house is great for a large group! I would stay there again for sure!

Everything was a 10/10. Very spacious and convenient

This house is in a very unsafe area, multiple times we couldn’t get Ubers because of the area the house is located. The houses cleanliness could have been better, not everything needed was provided, but communication with the host was excellent, they got us whatever was missing. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here solely because of the location of the property.

The house look just like it’s pictured, plenty of space for the party we had with us (14) and everyone slept comfortably,the host communicated back really fast and was very pleasant.. the street it’s on is busy and u will see a lot of people walking up and down the street other than that we enjoyed our stay

John and Gina were excellent hosts! The property was extremely clean upon arrival, and check in was a breeze. I have felt duped before when booking rentals, where the photos are of a pristine house and then I show up and it is nowhere near what the photos looked like...not here! The cleanliness and set up of the photos is exactly what I got when checking in. The house is very spacious, which allowed us to take advantage of the included beer pong set up ;) Another guest mentioned the location...and while yes, it is not the absolute best, it is nowhere near the worst either. You can tell there are some new builds/rentals in an area that local residents live. That is it. If this is something you are worried about, rest assured that there is plenty of off-street parking, all covered by multiple security cameras that the hosts have set up. While renting their space, my groomsmen and I had absolutely no issues with this and felt completely safe. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone needing a large rental close to Deep Ellum! This property was so cute! We loved the inside of the house very nice and clean. The outside of the house was exactly what was pictured however the neighborhood was awful. It looks like people are trying to buy and build to clean up the neighborhood. LOTS of homeless walking around but its also downtown… contact with the property owner was very easy and I received a response very quickly. I enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.
