Buchanan house is a modern family-friendly 5 bedroom house located in the Blackpool Town Centre. This stunning house sleeps up to 14 people with a two double rooms, a twin room, a room with bunk beds, a room with a double bed and bunk beds and a sofa bed.

There is a lounge area and a very spacious kitchen with dining space.

Our kitchen provides you with all appliances you would need during your stay and a breakfast bar for extra dining space.

The private bathroom offers ashower, bath and towels and there is also a downstairs toilet

There is a cleaning fee of 1.58 GBP & a fully refundable damage deposit of 300 GBP per apartment

Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving license or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't complete, you will not be checked in.

There is a cleaning fee of 163 GBP & a fully refundable damage deposit of 300 GBP per apartment. Please note that bookings from local residents within the FY postcode will be required to pay a 500 GBP refundable damage deposit.
