Bryson City Tiny Home - Walk to it All!

Very unique and cute tiny home in the mountains. Extremely close to everything and very clean. Super smooth check in/out and great time all around. Will come again.

Vaulted ceilings and soo much natural light. Absolutely beautiful! Walkable to everything we wanted to see and experience. Would definitely stay again.

Close to train

The tiny house has everything in it for a comfortable stay. It is in walking distance of shopping, restaurants, brewery, and GSM Train. It is in convenient driving distance for the Smokies. The trailer park across the street is not scenic, but I looked past that and enjoted my stay.

This was a great rental! The 5 Star Reviews were spot on. We had some weather related issues with our original arrival date and our Host was Very accommodating to our situation. When we finally arrived, the house was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We only wished we would have had more time to enjoy the house and its location in town and to explore the area.

So I’m leaving this review here because it’s what we booked, but we actually ended up staying at the property next door (the Flat) because after booking we asked Lisa if she was able to accommodate us one night early. There was someone staying in the Tiny Home that night so she let us know that the property next door, The Flat, was available both nights and we could stay there instead. We were happy to accept and thankful she was able to make the adjustment for us to come in one night earlier. The two properties sit side by side and the location is fantastic! We were in town for the Polar Express train ride with the Great Smokey Mountains Railroad. Since we were able to come in one night earlier, we were able to spend the whole day exploring Bryson City. Since we stayed in The Flat next door, let me leave some comments about that place since that’s where we were, but I will go ahead and say the tiny home looked like it was just as nice and comfortable from what we saw on the outside and we’d happily stay in either of these rentals again! The Flat was clean and had plenty of space for us (my husband and I with our 12 year old son). Our son was looking forward to the loft bed he’d have slept in with the Tiny House, but the Flat allowed him his own bedroom which was wonderful. The property manager correctly describes the accommodations and what you can expect to find and use as well as what you may need during your stay. We didn’t need anything and had everything we needed!

The kids lovingly referred to our accommodations as 'The Tiny House' and haven't stopped asking when we can go back! They absolutely loved the loft; it was the perfect fun space for them to play and build pillow forts. The location was also fantastic—we parked the car when we arrived and didn't need to move it for our entire two-night stay because the town is so walkable. A perfect family getaway!

Everything was perfect and simple. Would definitely book again next time.

Tiny house was exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. Really appreciated having YouTubeTV for live channels. Don’t usually have that option at these types of rentals and it made my sports watching very enjoyable! My daughter really enjoyed the loft and having her own space. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here before a backpacking trip. Great little place that's within walking distance to town. Enjoyed having YouTube TV available l and the bed was very comfy.

Loved our stay. Cozy with everything we needed. Perfect for visiting WCU for a football game. There is a great brewery very close with great food and live music. Could be a little noisy if you like to go to bed early. Wasn't an issue for us. Would stay again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at this tiny home. The home, itself, was clean and well appointed. The proximity to downtown Bryson City was ideal. The only concern was that the tiny home is located directly across the street from several dilapidated trailer homes.

The place was clean and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch listening to music from across the street.

The house was beautiful and had everything you needed, the only drawback was the neighborhood. It kind of concerned us a little and we didn’t feel too comfortable walking to town and especially Walking home at night. Great little house

Absolutely perfect for our weekend get away. When we arrived the place was clean and very inviting. Location was perfect because walking distance to everything downtown and could sit out on the porch and watch the trains come in. We will definitely stay here again

Everything was really great, so close to downtown, quiet area. The tiny house was a lot bigger then we thought and very modern. Communication with the owner was great, no issues. If we are in the area again we will be staying here again.

We were in town for the Red Clay Strays concert at Harrahs Casino. Enjoyed Bryson City shops and restaurants. Convenient to the concert venue and would stay again.

We booked this house for our trip to the Polar Express and couldn't have been happier. The location was perfect if you want to walk downtown and to the train station. The house was clean and comfortable. Definitely would book again!

Perfect location! Very clean.

We were all excited to stay at a tiny house for our trip. I expected it to be smaller! There was so much room, and great lighting. We chose this place for its proximity to the Polar Express and wow, it was a 5 minute - so convenient for us.

I have stayed at this property twice. It is convenient to everything in town plus a multitude of hiking spots. I will be staying here again the next time I visit the area.

The house was cute, clean, and close to everything. We walked around town, played music bingo at the local bar.

We loved our stay. House was clean and comfortable. And unlike most places we stay not over decorated. As an ocd person I loved it.

This tiny home with a 2nd floor loft was amazing. Just miles away from Deep Creek Recreational Area. Great spot to walk into town and enjoy Bryson city! Across from a local brewery but still very peaceful! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Everything went very smooth. The house was very nice and clean, and the owners were very helpful and quick to resolve any problem. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Nice facility

The property was lovely, immmaculate, and very convenient from downtown. Everything was easily walkable. We had no problems accessing the loft room, but the ascent was essentially a ladder, not steps, so not appropriate for people with mobility issues. The innkeepers have renovated multiple homes in the neighborhood (next door,, behind), but a lot across the street houses dilapidated trailers. However, the residents there were quiet and respectful.

Enjoyed the tiny house very much. Check in was very easy. Were able to walk to many of the area activities and establishments.

Very clean. Great stay! My only suggestion is to have 2 recliners instead of the two chairs. Makes it more comfortable to watch tv. Felt the sheet was for a queen bed and not a king. Sheet was short on the sides. Microwave to high up. That’s it but nothing to disrupt our stay. Very convenient to retail and restaurants. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We will stay again.
