We have property on the lake where we spend our days but Bryant's Bungalow is a good place to shower off lake water and sleep. Enjoyed it tremendously.
Our property was amazing. There were a few flaws and maintenance things we had to do but other than that the place was amazing! Only challenging thing was walking up and down from the hill to the boat!
Great place to stay and close to the water.
Check in and out process was easy and friendly. House was as listed. Overall we had a great stay! Just FYI: The driveway is steep. (We made sure to set the emergency brake just in case) It's not real close to restaurants, Dollar Stores or Walmarts so stop at those places on your way! We wished the pool would've been open longer (closed at 7pm on a Saturday) However, we had a great time at Beaver Lake and will be back!
My family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Check in and out was very easy. The scenery is beautiful. My toddler grandson did break the living room tv (by knocking off of little stand) and the manager was very sweet and filed a claim for us. Some suggestions our crew would have is to update some. The decorations were outdated ,tv needs wall mounted and the tables does not need to be glass and they were wobbly. The outside balconies were not safe for us to hang out on due to my grandsons could fit through the boards so some sort of protection would of been great. So, if traveling with young ones this is a hard fit. The bedrooms that were not masters are small-so no room for playpen. The beds were extremely uncomfortable!!!! The only grill provided was a little charcoal grill that was ancient. The starter fluid they had there was so old when we tried to squeeze it the plastic little broke in pieces.
OK. Furniture and carpet was very dirty. Dishwasher didn’t work on top rack. Basement was HOT! Renting, checking in and out was easy and friendly
We had a great time celebrating the 4th on Beaver Lake. This listing was clean and was exactly as represented by the pictures.
Very clean and comfy
It gave us a real getaway. We couldn’t get phone calls or messages out or the tv’s to work but that was ok. We didn’t call for any help. We unplugged and just talked and laughed. It is clean and quiet and close to actives and shopping.
This was a beautiful location, but the driveway was a small hassle. We had to pull down a steep drive then go back and forth several times, to get one car in so there was room for the second. The house itself was as advertised with great decks, but the view needs to be cleared in order to see the lake. Plenty of space as advertised and plenty of supplies (paper towels, trash bags, tissue paper) to get us started. It is an older home and could use a thorough cleaning of kitchen cabinets, but over all we enjoyed our stay with lake access and plenty of things to do in surrounding areas. We really enjoyed taking the grandkids to The Cresent Hotel (haunted) for lunch and their pizza was delicious. The Terpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge tour was amazing and was a big hit as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would use VRBO again.
