The front door lock was broken. Got in once with it. Was told it was broken then fixed. Given code for garage. But not door between garage and house. Left meeting. Tried to get back in. Could not. Took countless emails, phone calls, drive to agent office. No responses. Finally got someone. Couple hours licked out. Told me code I needed. But had huge attitude!!! I was upset. But my right. I was customer. Not his right to be short with me. Especially after being locked out. Rented many homes in walla walla. First time with VRBO. Disaster!!!!
Very clean, comfortable and convenient unit. Well equipped kitchen with unit had all of the supplies you might need or want. Good beds but sheets could have been better quality. Very nice to have the half bath downstairs and extra sink in the king bedroom.
Nicely decorated home and very comfortable. Watch out for the parking spot and bird debris!
Great place to stay with friends and enjoy everything downtown Walla Walla. The outdoor common space was a great addition.
Wonderful condo that ticked all of the boxes. Comfortable location, that was a short 5min drive from the town center. Creek area was also nice. I would stay here again
This townhouse was simply wonderful! It was spotless, had many extra amenities (coffee, creamer, spices, laundry soap, shampoo), and it was close to downtown. I've been a VRBO fan for many years and this place is at the top of my list. There were 4 of us girlfriends staying and it meet all of our needs.
The condo was immaculately clean and well supplied. Note that it has 1.5 baths with a half-bath downstairs so someone may have to navigate the steep stairs at night. One suggestion for the owners would be to provide a shower mat: the tub is slippery. Another might be to provide bars of soap since only liquid soap was provided on our visit. Despite these quibbles, we had a pleasant stay and would return the next time we're in Walla Walla.
We were greeted by cobwebs and a hissing cat on the front mat (later learned itโs the โresident catโ) the front lock wouldnโt work (feel like this type doesnโt work with the sun on it all day) and had to call property manger for assistance. She provided a different code and after a few more tries finally got it to open. I found all the chalk board messages around to be a little much. Other properties Iโve stayed simply have a binder with all the information easy to find in one place. The furniture pieces were nice. Kitchen was stocked ok but found dishes in the dish washer. A nice touch to provide coffee, filters and creamers! The beds were comfortable but I canโt say the same for the pillows We had someone ring the doorbell and bang on the front door in the middle of the night! Very disturbing and didnโt make me feel safe! The shared outdoor space is across the parking space and further away from the house that I had anticipated, and we couldnโt get that lock and code to work either. We used the garage door opener the entire weekend to avoid the hassle the terrible front door lock. The signage listing the internet code wasnโt listed for in my phone as an option so never could sync up. Location was just so so and was very surprised to see it was a line up of condos rather than an individual unit. Iโm not sure that I would stay here again. Again ease of entry and exit is critical for stays and this just wasnโt easy.
The code to get in was wrong and I had to call the property manager. It take 2 different codes to get in the house. 1 for the garage and then one into house. I thought the backyard was for the condo I rented. Turns out itโs a shared space for all the condos. All in all itโs a good place to rent.
The double security was a bit much and the log in code we got was wrong
Townhome was clean and just what my friend and I needed. It was easy to get to from downtown and to the wineries. The best part was checking in and seeing the coffee and filters already provided. I would recommend this home for a girls weekend or a couple!
This is a great spot. The condo is within walking distance to downtown restaurants and tasting rooms. The only down side is the BBQ is marginal at best, more like a โwarming drawerโ than a bbq.
