Stayed Apr 6, 2025This cute home in a suburban neighborhood was perfect for our stay. It was very cozy and had a large backyard to hang out in. It's very close to Fashion Mall for shopping and lots of restaurants nearby also. We would stay again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2023The house is old, but nice in general. The yard is great. First thing when we opened the door was an overpowering water damage odor. We called the hosts immediately so we were not blaimed and they said they would bring over an air purifier, which they did later that day. While there, they noticed the AC wasnt working well and found it to be iced up. We had to turn it off while we waited until the next day when they brought 2 portable AC units. This did keep it cool enough on the hottest days of the year. The smell was terrible though. They brought a 2nd air purifier, but it didn't help. I would have been appreciative of their effort, but Brandy tried to say she didn't smell anything and she's usually very sensitive to such things. This was ridiculous! Finally on the last day of our 4 night stay, the handyman said he found water damage in the crawl space and would try to apply lyme after we left. Also, there were bare, hot, electrical wires under the sink in an uncovered junction box. The switch for the garbage disposal was on the back side of this box, so if you reached around to turn it on, you would have to be very near or touching the wires and when you flipped the switch it would go hot. This was in easy reach of our toddler. When I pointed it out they wrapped it with electrical tape and said they would fix it after we left. Did they? Did the lyme cover the slap-you-in-the-face stench of mold or mildew? I dont know. They made an effort but it was A LOT to deal with.

Stayed Jun 4, 2023This property was FANTASTIC. It's super clean, well maintained, has a huge yard with a BBQ, kitchen has everything you could ask for. The customer service was excellent, and the location is right off the freeway - very convenient to downtown (15 min) or the ski resorts (20 minutes to the canyon). We are a family of 6 and it fit us perfectly. Could not recommend this more.
