Broken Arrow's Best!- Pool table, fire pit, & more!!

This house was absolutely amazing. It was clean and very comfortable. It was cute and fun. Plenty of things to do while chilling at the house. The local area was really cute as well, I went to the farmers market and the old downtown area. It was just three minutes down the road. There was an awesome antique store about a block away as well. If I had to give critiques, it would only be that it’s hard to get 2 bigger vehicles in the parking area. The Netflix was advertised in the listing, but wasn’t working- I think they just need to upgrade their account. One of the beds was pretty squeaky with little movement. And lastly the laundry room area was (possibly) messy due to remodel. None were really a big deal. There was so much good that it really overshadowed the not so great issues.

No heat and the facility was not quite as nice as expected. Bath tub was a bit rough and the refrigerator was not up to standard.

Very good! Check in was easy and everything was very clean. The location was great. It was easy to get to anything in Broken Arrow as well as Woodland Hills mall. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well for the first week is August. Adam was a very good communicator as I asked him several questions concerning bike paths....etc. Thanks Adam!

We had a great stay! We were able to check-in early, the home was spotless and smelled great, everything we needed was stocked and we were in walking distance or a short drive away from events in Broken Arrow. Our host was quick to respond to questions and even messaged us to make sure our check-in was seamless.

Stayed just a few days to visit family. House was just right for the four of us. The pool and ping pong table got a lot of use. Didn’t get to use the outside amenities due to rain. Had hoped to visit the city pool and park just behind the home.

Will 100% be coming back for our next trip back home! Perfect location just an easy mile walk to downtown w/ the park in between. House was great, not one negative thing. Loved having morning coffee from the fancy coffee/espresso/cappuccino maker (fresh beans provided). Actually, my only complaint is now I had to buy one because I fell in love with it! Coffee on rainy mornings under the carport was great too! Unfortunately too busy to unwind outback at the firepit. The pool table & ping pong table were a blast as well. If you are looking for the perfect VRBO, w/ great communication w/owner/manager, and just a relaxing stay, THIS IS IT!!!

The property was accurate for the listing and very nice. Communication with the host was friendly and timely. Great location to visit the Broken Arrow Rose District, Farmers Market, Performing Arts Center.

Adam, the host has excellent communication! I needed to extend my stay multiple times and he made the process so easy! He always ensures guests have all their needs met!

Nice location. Quiet.

The house was perfect for our needs, we chose it due to the proximity to the softball fields where we were playing a tournament. Not only was it convenient but it was super clean and had everything we needed.

The stay and amenities were great for an outing with a group of friends. Multiple good golf courses nearby. Played pool, ping-pong, and cooked steaks on the grill provided. I highly recommend!!!

House was excellent, just as described. We had no issues, and would stay here again.
