Great place to stay and quick walk to plenty of restaurants & bars; very clean!

We loved everything was in walking distance from restaurants to stores to trails to nightlife spots. We loved the backyard area to relax. Plenty of fun things to do inside on a rainy day too. Beds were super comfy. Quiet neighborhood.

As advertised. Easy check in etc. Great stay. Nice little neighborhood.

Everything was as described! If we are ever back in Indy we will come back. Thanks for a beautiful cozy house.

I honestly don’t know how to review this place. The customer service was great and the host is very responsive but this house was not my cup of tea. I feel like this house usually services a younger crowd and is in need of a good deep cleaning.

This was awful, the initial smell upon entering house is musty and old. The furniture was terrible, the living room couch was smelly and really uncomfortable.There was a urine stain on the upstairs toilet seat, this toilet when flushed made the main floor bathroom toilet burst out bubbles of water. So much so, that if you were on that toilet, and the upstairs bathroom toilet was flushed, the person on the main floor toilet would get wet.The remotes, the hand rails and the entire home were all sticky. Downstairs bathroom had an empty Shower Gel container in the shower. It is also advertised as having a fire pit, the grass was so high in the front and back of house, it was not a place you would want to spend time in. I attached a picture to show high grass. I reached out to host a few times, the first message took 10 hours to respond to.We wanted to leave early especially after paying over 600 for three nights.

Stayed for 2 nights through the week for a business trip & brought my family along. Location was perfect for commute to city. Very nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect - walking distance to many SoBro restaurants, including Fat Dan's (sooo good), Good Morning Mama's (amazing breakfast!!) and a local coffee shop. It was a short drive to everywhere else. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was safe. We loved the walkability factor and dog-friendly neighborhood.

Loved the location of this property, plenty of space & loved the gaming area in the basement. Everything was clean, there was even a stack of games on a table! Will highly recommend!

Enjoyed our time at this property. House was what we expected it to be. Clean and well provided for. Host was communicative with us and no issues arose that I needed to reach out about. But I don’t doubt they’d be taken care of if they did.

We came to Indy to see a Butler basketball game. This property was perfectly located for us, with food and drink establishments close by. Lots of room and in great condition.

Smaller older home but clean and taken care of. New flooring, hot water. Didn’t use the basement.

Nice area, lots of cute restaurants around. Cute place to stay at. Beds were comfortable . If older there are two small flights of stairs but durable to go up.

A shower drain that belched sewage when it rained. Used towels on the drying racks. Kludged together construction. Another day in Indy.

Great property for our foursome to enjoy a visit with family. Enjoyed the local restaruants. Convenient access to Monon Trail and neighnorhood sidealks for dog walks. Our 2nd time staying here and plan to use again for future visits

About a mile from great bars in Broad Ripple. Nice little basketball court in back.

Luke’s place was everything this outdoor-loving family needed for outdoor dining, s’mores around the blazing campfire and a great basketball court for the grandkids to burn their excess energy (even after biking 40 miles on the amazing nearby Monon Trail!) We rode into Indianapolis on our bikes and ate at the famous Shack Shack! The “best burger” ever, according to the kids! We highly recommend Luke’s place! His neighbor was great too. Haha! He jump started my dead car in the morning.?

Check in was perfectly easy which we were grateful for as we came late evening and was not familiar with the area. The home was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable! It was accurate as of the online listing which was impressive as some in our past have not been. Luke the host was extremely helpful and communicative in everything and quickly response. Overall we really enjoyed and felt this vrbo absurdly met our needs and then some! Overall rating for emerging is absolutely a 5 star!!

This is a cozy and great place to stay. It’s located to so much and in a great neighborhood. I definitely will stay here again in the future! The property owner is very responsive and friendly.

We had a great time visiting for the Olympic swim trials and this house was the perfect fit for us! The owner was responsive and very nice! I would definitely stay here again! A very safe area for families!

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. The house was clean and easy to access. Very convenient and spacious for our family of 6. Be aware that the road is set up in a way that you need to drive in heading south on College Ave. Not a big deal just something to be aware of
