Stayed May 4, 2024We loved our stay. The property provided all that we needed and the location is great. Parking available and easy. Steps from both the Monon Trail and Broad Ripple Village. Really an enjoyable few days.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024The one bedroom, duplex was pleasant. Older home with wood floors had a nice location to Broad Ripple Ave. Very good experience with owner. On street or backyard parking. Would stay here again

Stayed Apr 6, 2024The location is walking distance to restaurants, bars and entertainment. Its a small rental, but perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is well stocked. The mattress isn't the most comfortable, and I wish there was an option of a lighter blanket instead of the downlike comforter. It was very clean. There was construction going on in the duplex next door, but that won't last forever. I would recommend they have a notebook or album to list wifi codes in and how to use the tv remotes. Also things to do in the area, and paper menu's of nearby restaurants. We did enjoy our stay.
