WE OFFER OUR LARGE PENTY KAEL, spacious, bright and very comfortable, 120m2, 5 rooms, two bedrooms, on a large (unfenced) garden of 2000 m2.
It is located a stone's throw from the sea, on the Crozon Peninsula.
It has been renovated in the Breton tradition.
It is very bright thanks to its large bay window of 6 meters in length, on the kitchen and dining / living room side. We have kept the village well in this place, which serves as an aperitif table.
The insert fireplace in the main living room diffuses a gentle warmth in winter.
You will find stereo, WIFI, and on each floor a satellite TV.
You will have at your disposal:
washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge / freezer, iron, hairdryer.
You will have a large bedroom open onto its adjoining living room (bed: 160X200cm)
and a closed bedroom (a 160X200 cm bed and a 90X200 cm bed) on the 1st floor and a closed bed for one person on the ground floor.

Everything is provided for baby: cot, bath, high chair.

Your pet is welcome.

Bike and surf rental is possible on the peninsula.

In any season the end of stay cleaning is in addition to the rental and compulsory (70 euros).

If you wish to order household linen, please do so at the time of your reservation and pay for it locally according to your order.
Heating is not inherent in the rental, electricity (price per KW) and the wood consumed, are also extra and payable locally according to your consumption.
A deposit of € 450 must be given to the concierge in the form of a check, or in cash, and will be returned to you at the end of your stay. An additional 20 € will be charged per pet in your company.

Household waste collection is done on Tuesday morning;
The yellow and black trash cans are placed at the end of the path.

    The property is great! The location is fantastic in terms of proximity to the coast and the many wonderful beaches. The immediate environs of the property are unremarkable but this is outweighed by the broader benefits. The property was really well equipped and suited our family needs. We had a great stay!
