Stayed Nov 14, 2025The host of this home is very friendly and has a good sense of humor. Beautiful home. The kayaks right there on the canal was a Huge hit! My grandsons couldn’t stop asking everyone to take them out for a ride.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025The house was perfect for our family and the location was great to the Gulf of America for scalloping! Could have used a few more regular glasses for the kids and a few more bowls for cereal. The seating area could have had a larger table and more chairs so we could eat together and play games. The boat dock was great and fit two boats and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and catching.catfish. The kayaks were fun to take a quick ride out of the channel to see the sunset. We loved it and would come back again! Beautiful home and great location!

Stayed May 12, 2025The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The upstairs is spacious and full of light, nicely decorated. The master suite is fabulous. The neighborhood is very scenic and the water access is lovely.Since we were housing 8 staff members who were sleeping in separate beds, it was a challenge to have enough space for them. The listing said that the pirate bedroom had bunks with double beds on the bottom but they were twins and not great for adults to sleep on. We had some difficulty with the TV remotes downstairs--one controlled all the TVs simultaneously. The spiral staircase going to the lower level did not feel sturdy. Check in and communication were great.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025This house was perfect for our group. Zade the host was terrific. We were allowed to get in early as we arrived in Florida at 9:30am. When we needed propane for the grill the host got it to us right away. So accommodating. We would recommend this house to anyone. We had the best time! Communication was great! We loved the town of Hudson.
