Drift into sweet dreams in the queen bedroom, or the lively room with a full bed, twin, and hidden trundle. The additional nook with two twin beds is perfect for playful slumber parties. Cook up magic in the creative kitchen, and let the river serenade you from one of two cheerful decks. A 5-minute stroll takes you to the shared sandy beach for sun-soaked adventures. While the steep driveway adds a dash of excitement, it`s all part of the charm. Bring your pup and let the colors of relaxation and joy unfold!

Guests will have private use of the entire home.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. There are two bedrooms and additional large room between the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, the room downstairs has a full bed with a twin bed with trundle.
Max occupancy of 6.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time.
The driveway is very steep but is accessible with all vehicles - in the winter months you will need to wait for the driveway to be plowed to use it.

Lead guest needs to be 25 years or older to book this property.
Absolutely no commercial photography or events.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.
You must be 25 and over to book.
No parties, events, or filming.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed.
Please leave shoes and ski equipment in the entry way or outside on the front landing.
