Property was absolutely lovely, lots of space for a family get to gather. It was warm and well stocked. The back yard with the pond was a bonus. We are certainly planning on going back.

This was our third stay here. That should say it all! Deirdre’s home is the perfect home away from home. Her home is so comfort. As soon as you walk in the door, you will know you made the right decision. Everything you could need from a rental home is here, and more. Deirdre is always available if you need to communicate with her for any reason. Set away from the town center, so you have quiet and peace…but close enough to town if you need groceries, shopping, dining, medical care, banking, etc…

My family and I absolutely loved this property! Very spacious and comfortable and yard and play space for the kids was such a bonus. Dierdre was wonderful and stayed checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. Highly recommend a stay here.

Wow. We can't recommend the house highly enough. It was spacious, clean, full of light, lots of places to sit inside and outside, lots and lots of toys and activities for kids. The library was reason enough for a visit. Beautiful house, beautiful grounds. Large dining room, lots of bathrooms. We had a great experience and would love to visit again.

We couldn’t have been happier. The property manager, Deidre was great at communicating. Everything was the way she told us to expect. She always was quick to respond with an answer to any of our questions. We had a family group of nine and everyone loved the house. The house had a lot of character, it was big enough that we didn’t feel cramped, but it was also cozy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home in Connecticut! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even smoother.We were in town for a wedding at the Roger Sherman Inn, and the location of the house was perfect, just a short drive away. It was an ideal place to stay with family, giving us space to relax and enjoy some quiet time together.The grounds of the property are absolutely beautiful. There's a peaceful pond in the back, and we saw deer and fireflies in the evenings.If I’m ever back in Stamford, this will definitely be my first choice again.

I was traveling for a family wedding where I was staying home with the grandkids while my adult kids went off to enjoy. This house was perfect. Lots of space, so comfortable, and we had everything...I mean everything we needed to just roll in and be happy with two little kids. Toys, pack and plays, comfy beds and more. Do not hesitate to book this place for a multi-generational stay.

This house was perfect for our family to celebrate our son’s wedding. The house is beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. We definitely will stay here again when back in Stamford!

House is absolutely perfect! This is our second time staying and we will definitely return. So much charm and warmth. I had the best sleep that I have had in months. All the amenities you could ask for, and more. Terrific convenient location. Host goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable.

I cannot say enough good things about Deirdre's beautiful home and how grateful my family was to be able to stay here during our visit to Stamford. The house is perfect for a family with younger kids; they were so excited to have their very own play room! The rooms and bathrooms are well equipped with everything you might need, as was the kitchen. Deirdre in particular was so communicative and helpful with all of our questions. We very much hope to have an excuse to stay here again!

Dierdre's home was a perfect spot for our family Thanksgiving. Well located, well stocked, and very well cared for!

Very convenient and plenty of room. Easy to get to NY from Stamford train station and everything we needed nearby.

Lovely pond outside and lots of toys and things for families to do. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils which made it easy to make meals. House was warm when it was chilly outside, so we enjoyed snuggling!

We loved our stay at Deirdre's home. It was extremely comfortable for the seven of us (3 kids and 4 adults). The baby nursery was well-equipped, which saved us a lot of hassle. The backyard was great for the kids and Deirdre provided a ton of toys for the kids to use back there. We were happy to be there during a beautiful autumn week, but I could imagine it being quite beautiful during a snowy, winter week as well. Deirdre was also very communicative and accomodating. We would happily return to this wonderful home.

The house was so cute! It had everything you could need and more if you’re traveling with kids. Literally, everything. My kids LOVED the playroom and the tire swing. The location was great. Easy to get everywhere. The host was so great to work with. Check in and out were so simple. The downstairs of the home was so comfortable - the little pitch by the back deck was perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning…it made you feel at home right away. The absolute only complaint was the master was SOOOO bright in the morning I had to get those temporary black out things on Amazon for the week. But it seems to be a common thing in rentals everywhere that there’s never black out shades or like curtains at all, just those paper thin shades. But, I would stay here again next summer without a doubt and hopefully for a longer period of time. Highly recommend the property. Thank you so much for a perfect start to our summer!

We loved our weekend stay and this house is THE BEST if you have young kids! Incredible playroom with lots of toys, big backyard with swings, high chair for the little ones, the works! Also great back deck looking over the yard and a cool sitting room for cocktails while listening to records. Terrific home in a great location on a quiet road. The host checked in with us directly to ensure we had everything we needed. Loved it.

Owners opened their beautiful home that was a delightful combination of an old home that had been modernized offering many unique features but was both welcoming and comfortable.
