Stayed Jan 22, 2024its nice place to stay a little like a hotel with limited cleaning supplies n cooking supplies but ok equipped. Im used to homes with a little more supplies to rely on since i do clean and like to cook just cuz outside food get boring after a couple of days. Great communication with agency, nice neighborhood and had fun in the pool.

Stayed Dec 25, 2023Property was well maintained. Communication was excellent, emails & texts. Great communication with instructions for check-in/check-out. Property management was very responsive to all questions. I highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Dec 16, 2023Being that we are not from FL we were excited about the heated pool. Would pay for that again as we didn’t use it. However, we would have used the hot tub, but it was not any hotter than the heated pool. They may have fixed it by the time we left but by day 3 we didn’t care anymore to even bother. I recommend they add at least a bunkie board under that mattresses since they literally sit on metal slats and nothing else. House had a few minor issues with plumbing, but for the age of the home it’s to be somewhat expected. Overall the house was clean and looked nice.

Stayed Nov 7, 2023Great house. Pool heat to 89 degrees the technician stated. Hot tub/spa working great. Very private compared to similar homes. Little yard in the back and vinyl fence. Building wraps around pool so total privacy compared to neighboring homes. A little dated, the interior. Probably original mostly but newer kitchen appliances. Just fine and functional for the price, convenient area. A++ !!!

Stayed Nov 18, 2023This home is beautiful and as advertised. The location is wonderful, away from the overly touristy areas, but still close to atteactions. It was very clean and spacious. By far the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. Communication/check in was a breeze. This is a wonderful place to call your home away from home. My family is looking forward to staying here again.

Stayed Mar 20, 2023We stayed at Westgate Resorts the 1st week and then we rented this home for our 2nd week. We needed this down time from the hustle and bustle from our 1st week. We loved having a pool for just us and not having to fight for a pool chair.
