Stayed Sep 12, 2024Me and my wedding party stayed there and had a spa night leading up to my wedding and the house itself was gorgeous. We had plenty of place to sleep for me and my crew and we felt safe in that neighborhood. The major issue ran into is that once we got there the fridge was not working. We wanted to cook there as much as we could and we had brought a lot of food that ended up getting spoiled and having to get thrown away so we lost a lot of money and then had to keep buying ice to try to keep things cold while we were there. The property owner was communicative and letting us know that he was trying to figure things out, but I feel like we put way more money into it than we needed to buy new food and buying ice and coolers. We also had issues with dead bees on the floor and the upstairs bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but everything else was great. I would recommend but just make sure that the appliances are working.

Stayed Jul 16, 2024Ten old and new friends enjoyed our 4 night stay at this well appointed home. There is plenty of room for groups to stay in this three story home. This home is in a quiet neighborhood close to the University of Minnesota, convenient to freeways with a local market a few blocks away. We had a great time.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. Pictures look great but they don't quite match up to the actual house. The description of the house is misleading as well. It is important to know that there is no main floor bathroom so anyone who struggle with stairs should avoid staying here. The house had 3 window AC units that were not running when we arrived so the house was very warm and took a full 24 hours before it was comfortable. One of the window units had a hole in the side panel which allowed the hot air to come in. The basement and rooms had a strong musty smell. The backyard oasis was over grown and not pleasant. The fridge had a broken shelf and the freezer needed to be defrosted as it would not close completely. The sleeping capacity is questionable as well, some of the beds are best for small children and not adults. Communicated with property manager about many of these things and received responses to address some but not all. In the end, it was a place to sleep but that was it. Our group would not look to book here again.
