We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The host was personable, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The house itself was immaculate—spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The space was more than adequate for our needs, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time.We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This house was so convenient for us to get everywhere we needed to go during our stay. The home itself was perfect for our family. Came with accommodations for babies, children, and adults! Alison was the most communicative host. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

This house is so well laid out! It was perfect for the 4 of us. The rooms are all modern and nicely decorated - just enough to feel clean but welcoming and pretty. Even some Christmas touches in the living areas. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had plenty of blankets to add for the cold weather. The kitchen is spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. We would stay here again. Also, our host was quickly available when I needed her!

This is one of the best VRBO's we've stayed in (in at least a dozen we've experienced). Our hostess was the best and made us feel very welcome! The house had it all. A very well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals if you like, the most comfortable beds and living room furniture, close to main street and everything you could want to do make this a top rated, must stay home.

This home was just perfect! It’s even cuter in person, extremely clean, comfortable beds, has everything you could need and conveniently located. The owner is very thoughtful, great at communicating and goes over and above to make the guests feel welcome.

Lutherhause was in the perfect location for all things Fredricksburg as well as exactly what my friends and I needed for our stay! Allison and her family are incredibly welcome and the process was extremely smooth!

We had a great weekend at the house! It was relatively close to items on our to do list and very quiet. We enjoyed how clean the house was and how attentive the host was! Would book again!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was perfect for our stay. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. The farm fresh eggs were such a nice touch. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked. We enjoyed the backyard patio and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The house was close enough to town to walk to breakfast in the morning. We would stay again when going back to Fredericksburg!

What a great place to stay. So homey and clean! Many nice touches throughout the house that made it all memorable. Alison thought of everything! Loved the fresh eggs, amazing hand soaps in the kitchen and bathrooms, extra blankets everywhere, and comfortable sitting areas. She was an excellent communicator and provided us with so much information about the house and the area of Fredericksburg. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 1 toddler! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space where we enjoyed making breakfast (fresh eggs ), and grilling steaks. We also enjoyed the fire pit one night. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend.

The house was exactly as I expected. Perfectly clean, bright and pleasant. I have stayed at many VRBO’s but I have to say Alison was by far the best host. She checked on us several times the first day but was in no way obtrusive. She even left a dozen eggs in the fridge. We will definitely stay here again

Alison thought of everything, including farm fresh eggs. So many amenities at the house, super communicative, and an overall great experience. This was one of the best locations I’ve stayed at in a long time.
