Tons of local hiking, mtn biking, off-roading, climbing, wildlife +a local lake! Close to all of Kanab's amenities & everything Southern Utah has to offer!

This is a newer home built in 2019 & very well cared for. The home has a private feel with a fully fenced backyard & fields behind the house that give way to a spectacular view of the mountains & red rock from the bedroom windows & backyard. It is part of a duplex where you are separated from our great neighbors by garages.

There are queen beds with NEW mattresses in each of the bedrooms, plus a full bed with a new mattress.

The kitchen is set up for you to cook & bake. Full assortment of pots, pans, measuring cups, cutting board, crockpot, Nutri-bullet, toaster, etc.
Salt, pepper, Montreal Seasonings, cooking spray, coffee, creamer, sugar & hot chocolate.

The bathrooms have soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels & washcloths provided for use during your stay.

The workspace is very basic - there is a private space with a desk & desk chair located in the master walk-in closet.

Children are welcome! There is a high chair, pack n play, some toys, kids eating utensils & games.

Backyard is all rock landscaped with a BBQ grill & dog house! - no grass. No fire pit.

Parking - This home is on an extra wide street with huge paved shoulders on each side. This area, as well as the 1 car garage & driveway in front of it provide plenty of parking for cars, trucks, trailers & toys. (Please keep the right side of the driveway clear for our neighbors).

Please add any dogs to the reservation.

Guests must acknowledge house rules.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole house, 1 car garage & backyard. The driveway area in front of the garage is for your use. Please keep the right side of the driveway clear for our neighbors. Street parking is available in front of the house on both sides of the road.

Please no drugs & no smoking of ANY kind on the premises! We use this home often ourselves with our kids & it is extremely important to us to keep it drug free! Thank you

    Great place to stay in town, close to grocerys & gas. Great place to explore Bryce Canyon & Zion National Parks. Plus lots of other local areas suggested by the property owner.

    Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Well located from all the outdoor places. Enjoyed the grill and eating and relaxing at home after long day of walk instead of going to restaurants, although Kanab has a lot of nice and various restaurants
