Denver, Colorado
Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Berkeley, one of Denver's most historic and accessible neighborhoods! This recently remodeled bright and modern property is perfectly located- you're a 25 min drive from both the airport and the closest mountain towns, 10 min from downtown, and walkable to great bars and restaurants. With a massive TV, brand new kitchen, laundry room, and private fenced-in backyard, our place is ideal for either relaxing all day or as a home base for Colorado exploring.
The guest suite features 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom w/ Jack and Jill vanity, along with a large living/kitchen area and a separate dining area. Each bedroom has a plush, comfortable bed with fresh linens and spacious closets and warm lighting.
The common area of the suite is bright and open concept, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the large windows. The living room has a cozy couch and ottoman in front of a 65" TV, perfect for winding down and enjoying a movie after exploring the city or the mountains all day. The dining area features a cozy table that seats 4, and the fully equipped kitchen has 3 bar seats in front of a granite counter where you can showcase your cooking and hosting skills.
Outside, you'll find a covered patio area with a picnic table and dining area, perfect for enjoying the Colorado sunshine. There's also a spacious backyard and large garden to help create a perfect frame for those Colorado sunsets.
Our home is located in the exciting Berkeley neighborhood, just north of downtown. You can walk to a number of great restaurants, cafes, and bars, and super-hip Tennyson Street is just a 15-minute walk away. Parking is always available and free in front of the home. You'll see the Rocky Mountains through the backyard to the West, and Downtown is Southeast of the home. You'll be 2 minutes south of I-70 which can take you west into the mountains and ski areas, or going east intersects with I-25 to access Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South.
Denver is a highly walkable city. In addition to nearby Highland and Sunnyside, the RiNo Art District and LoDo (Lower Downtown) are great to explore by foot. You can also grab a e-bike or scooter (typically available on Lyft or Uber near the house) and get around the city on side streets!
We take pride in making sure our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience here in the Mile High City, and we're always available to answer any questions or help with something you need. We look forward to hosting you for your next Denver adventure!

We had a great experience and would go back again and recommend it to others. The unit is a lower level space with pretty good daylight for a lower level thanks to a fair number of clean, updated windows. It feels very clean and freshly renovated, making it inviting rather than dreary as some basement units are. The separate entrance in the rear was easy to use and appreciated. Parking on the street was very easy to find in general and only started to fill up later on Saturday night when it seems there is more of a crowd for the local restaurants nearby, but even then we did not have an issue finding a spot. The kitchen is compact but nicely usable, and the bedrooms were good sized, with nice closet space and space around the beds for luggage (not always the case). The sitting area is pretty limited (just one regular sofa really), working well for 2 or 3 people at a time but it would be cramped with more people than that. Bathroom is spacious and updated with good counter space and two sinks. Minor things we would note: a few more towels would be appreciated (4 regular towels is a little light for groups where some with long hair use 2 towels). One of the bedrooms has a pretty small and high up window that would be challenging for egress in case of emergency. Michael was easy to work with and overall we had a really good experience.
