House completely renovated in 2018.
Very bright with its large picture windows and the veranda, this house has a large living room with access to the terrace and the garden. The kitchen is open to the living room.
On the ground floor there is also a large bedroom with its shower room and wc, direct access to the second terrace.
The 2 other bedrooms are located upstairs, a bathroom separates them, the toilets are independent.
Located at the entrance to the village of Fouesnant, you can walk to the shops, the weekly markets, the tennis courts and the Balnéides aquatic center.
Quiet, not overlooked, you will appreciate the garden and its wooden terraces, the veranda with its garden furniture. A barbecue, sun loungers and a garden furniture are at your disposal to fully enjoy your holidays.
The beaches located 2.5 km away are also accessible by the cycle path from the house, or on foot via small wooded roads.

We spend two weeks in Fouesnant and were really happy about this very well equipped house. Everything you need is there, kitchen equipment, baby equipment (high chair, bath tub) etc. We were very happy with our stay and the communication with our host Isabelle. Thank you!
