Bright home steps from private beach with kayaks, dock & Onset Bay view

Clean and well-equipped home. Our sons enjoyed the game room in the basement. My wife and son enjoyed use of the kayaks to explore the waterways around the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house was immaculate! The beds were very comfortable and fit our family of 6 easily. Everything we needed was available. My teens loved being able to kayak whenever they wanted with the easy water access. The beach equipment that was available made going to the beach a breeze without having to pack extra to bring from home. It was super easy to get in and out and to log into our streaming services to watch a show at night while relaxing after a long day!

Loves the location, peace and quiet. House was well equipped and the kayaks were a great bonus.

We loved the area very rural and quiet. Had to drive a bit for food and shopping, the bathroom (shower) very small for a tall person, other than that everything else was good.

There are so many exceptional things about this home, but the real beauty is in the little things (that weren’t mentioned in the description)… every lock on every door and window worked, a white noise machine on every nightstand, a tv could be seen from every room, more storage than we could ever need, hooks everywhere in the bathrooms, chargers on every nightstand, zippered mattress encasements, a skylight shade in the loft area and all the other amenities listed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with a water view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Thank you for making your guests safety, happiness and wellbeing priorities.

Very well organized and executed VRBO. Very comfortable and relaxing space. Only issue I had is my son had a slight allergic reaction which we assume is do to cats having been in the house (due to cat door inside house) but online listing noted no pets

Kitchen was well equipped. Furniture was comfortable. Ceiling fans and mini splits were very helpful. (It was hot and humid during our visit.) The stairs leading up to the second floor bedroom and down to the game room in the basement are very steep. This makes it difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Enjoyed our visit to Onset Beach.

House was clean and well kept. Easy in and out, all the stuff needed to cook and have a good time with friends and family. House was as described.

Our family loved this house as a home base for our on Cape and off Cape excursions. Perfect size for our family of 4. Lots of amenities (beach chairs, kayaks) for our adventurous crew. Very clean and comfortable space. Great gathering spaces in kitchen and basement. Our family came together every night for either an intense card game at the large kitchen table or family competitions of basketball, shuffleboard or air hockey in the cool teen friendly basement. My kids are 19 and 15 and it was so much fun watching them enjoy the opportunity for old fashioned fun this house provided. The house was a great base that allowed our adventurous family to explore various cape towns - spending time hiking, biking, and fishing. Thanks for an amazing vacation spot!!
