I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We reserved this house for 2 nights, but since it was not reserved after our stay, we decided to stay one more night! We enjoyed it so much, we have already put it on our calendar for next year. The house was great! Clean, beautiful, well stocked, great location, and enjoyable. We had an issue with the entry key pad (dead battery) but one call and the on call maintenance tech was there in a few minutes and had us inside. I highly recommend Padre Escapes!

Stayed Jun 25, 2025Clean home. Nice pool and love that the pool and grill was right outside the door. Literally steps away. We had trouble at first finding the place but that’s due to some of the numbers being similar on the door and also we didn’t fully read the instructions correctly. But I messaged the host and received help within minutes, received a phone call to check in to be sure everything was good, and also received a phone call from the manager to be sure our stay was going ok. Very prompt. We would stay again.

This is the second year in a row we have booked this same exact unit. Always perfectly clean. Never any issues. Has everything we need to enjoy our stay. Communication with the rental company is great as well! Definitely plan on renting again in the future moving forward!!
